Musician and flautist for twenty years, I offer private flute lessons for children, teenagers and adults, beginners or experienced in Geneva. I graduated with a Master's degree in Pedagogy from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève and give flute lessons in a music school in France as well as private lessons in Geneva. I am also a substitute at the Geneva Conservatory. I have at heart to share my passion for music and to adapt to the desires and needs of each student wishing to learn about this beautiful instrument or to improve.

My name is Aleksandar Nikolaev and I am from Bulgaria. I offer flute lessons (modern and traverso), piano and music theory, all ages and levels are welcome! I am able to teach in English, German, French and Bulgarian (my native language). I had a teaching job for 2 years in Germany and I would like to continue developing my teaching skills if you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me. My journey : I have a master's degree in modern flute performance (HfM Dresden, Germany) and I am pursuing a second master's degree in historical instrument practice (HEM Geneva). I have also always studied piano and organ from a young age.

My flute lessons are available in a flexible time frame from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a frequency of weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference. As a graduated flutist with a bachelor and master degree from the conservatory, where teaching was an important part of my education, I have experience with both group lessons and individual lessons. My method is focused on enthusiasm for music and flute playing, where I welcome every student, regardless of background, language or level. Everyone is welcome to start their musical journey with me!

Higher diploma of teaching of flute and Higher Diploma of Chamber Music at Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris. I have been teaching privately for 6 years. I speak French, Chinese and English. I gave courses to very different profiles (children / youth / adults) with objectives for each very different students (fun to play, preparation for a competition ...). I offer flute lessons in and around Geneva. (ENGLISH BELOW) Flutist of Finnish origin, I spent the last three years in Switzerland where I perfected my instrumental mastery as part of a Master. Thanks to regular work with individual students and several replacements at the Conservatoire Popular de Musique in Geneva (among others) and in several music schools in Finland, I gained a lot of teaching experience. In Finland I studied instrumental pedagogy and I am currently pursuing it at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva. For me, the goal of teaching is to always work with a smile without forgetting the objectives, adapted to each student individually. I'm offering flute lessons in the Geneva area. Originally coming from Finland, I've spent my last three years in Switzerland while doing my master studies of flute. Teaching a teacher as a teacher in a private school. When studying in Finland I already started my instrument pedagogic studies and I'm filling in the High School of Music in Geneva. Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style. Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.

I have played the flute for more than 20 years, and have been teaching since 2011. I offer flute lessons to children aged 8 and up, and adults at all levels from beginners to post Grade 8. I also teach recorder to younger beginners- I find this is a good stepping stone for younger children as it's more comfortable for smaller beginners to hold, and easier to make a sound on. Learn to pass exams or just for fun- many of my students achieve highly in ABRSM and Trinity grades, but some prefer not to take exams and this is fine too. Whatever your level, one to one tuition means that I can tailor my teaching to your needs as a flute player, and my teaching takes into account the reasons you learn an instrument, encompassing a wide variety of repertoire. I also teach music theory- lots of students come to me to help prepare for Grade 5 theory, and I also teach higher theory grades.
