I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

Pick Exercises: Improve playing techniques using a pick to develop movement between the strings. Technique Exercises: Build playing skills through various exercises to improve speed and accuracy. Oriental Songs: Learn to play the most famous oriental tunes and songs to be able to give a distinctive performance. Musical Pieces: Study traditional and contemporary oriental pieces while developing individual performance skills. As for the piano, we will focus on: Musical Notes: Learn to read and write notes easily while improving your musical skills. Musical Scales: Study major and minor scales and their effect on playing pieces. Chords: Learn to build different chords and how to use them in playing. Western and Eastern Pieces: Present a mix of Western and Eastern pieces that enhance your skills and develop your artistic taste. Technique Exercises: Advanced exercises to improve hand coordination and improve performance on the piano. In guitar, we will learn: Musical Notes: Read and write notes easily and effectively on the guitar. Chords: Study chords and how to use them in songs and pieces. Having completed 12 years of studies in Piano and Music Theory, as well as courses in Musical Training and Sight-Reading, I want to introduce this extraordinary instrument to both beginners and advanced students with the same passion that my teachers (including Sodi Braide, who studied at the Paris National Conservatory of Music (CNSM), and Stéphanie Aubert) used to bring me to my current level—performing in major concerts and competitions with first prize at the CMG. Pianist and musicologist, I have been teaching piano in all styles (classical, jazz, film and popular music) to students of all ages for almost 20 years. The teaching is modern, adapted to each student and combines music theory and instrument. Lessons at home or at the student's home (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Schaerbeek, Saint-Josse, Evere and other neighboring municipalities, occasionally in Walloon Brabant).
