Hello! I am a 25-year-old South Korean student in Paris. I am currently enrolled at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris learning Classical Piano and in the course of the "Diploma Superieur de Execution". I started the piano at the age of 5. I was born in a musical family; both of my parents being opera singers and my sister a violinist. When I was 8 years old, my family moved to Budapest, Hungary, where I started to have lessons privately with professors at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. In High-School, I enrolled at the Bartok Conservatory of Music in Budapest. I was awarded the Bachelors as well as the Master's Degree at the Franz Liszt Academy and have graduated with the Highest Honors in Piano Performance. I would like to share and teach what took me many years to learn in just a few months. I know that there are those who have and had difficulties like me learning the piano and feeling stuck or non-progressive, or not being able to improve. I have solutions to those problems. EXPERIENCE AS A CONCERTIST In 2018 he performed numerous concerts in Madrid, the city where he lived for four years to expand his academic training. In the student residence, the Auditorium 400 of the Reina Sofía Museum, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando and the Auditorium of the Carlos III University of Madrid. In the same year he performed several concerts in his hometown. At the Professional Conservatory of Music of Lorca for the occasion of the 10th Keyboard Cycle and at the Teatro Guerra, to benefit the VI Festival of Early Music in this city. He has also collaborated with multiple orchestras, choirs and bands in the Region of Murcia and Valencia.

I propose courses or a help to musical work for the following disciplines: musical training (solfeggio), cello, piano, bass guitar, adapting to the needs of the student (theoretical or intonation gaps). I also propose, parallel or mainly, an introduction to improvisation. I do not have a prefabricated pedagogy, although I am inspired by the best that all my teachers could give me. From reading note letters, implementing a proper form to sight reading a piece, we are gonna learn in our own pace. If you're just learning music now and it feels like there's a lot to understand, don't worry we're gonna start from the basics. I will help you understand music and its elements. With your dedication and my guidance, I'm positive that we will get a good result!

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

At my studio my students will not only learn how to play the piano, but they will receive a complete musical education in order to achieve their musical dreams. I will give all my best so everybody will get the tools for developing their own voice, helping them to master the instrument and teaching them all the theoretical knowledge they’ll need to make their particular personality shine. Openness, joy, dedication, creativity and passion for music are some of the things that you will find in the international environment of my studio. I care about who my students are and what they have to say to the world, and I will help them to develop it from the very first lesson. In my class you will not only be able to receive piano lessons but also will learn to understand how the music works as a language. If the interest and the profile of the student goes in the direction of the purely classical music performance, the lessons will be focused on a deep and conscious piano technique development, practicing techniques, musical interpretation, history of music, history of the piano, applied harmony on the keyboard, analysis, and score reading by a method that I have developed for over 15 years of experience. And if the students wish, I can help them to prepare for the ABRSM exams and competitions as well. All this is aiming to achieve in a very practical and exciting experience the best results in the fastest way possible. But if the profile and the interests of the students goes on another way, I will give them all the tools they need to understand the language of music in depth, so they can find their own voice on the instrument. In that case the lessons will include contents of piano technique, score reading, applied harmony on the keyboard, composition, improvisation, musical arrangement, music production, recording techniques, jazz and pop music analysis and performance. Both programs can be combined depending on the focus and the profile of the student, or in case the student would like to go deeper in one of the previously mentioned subjects there is the opportunity to take an independent course of specialization on the desired topic. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term. With this, the student will not only be able to see his progress and work, but also will give him a direct experience of performing and working on a live or studio recording session, which is a fundamental part of the developing process of every musician. Hello! I am a 29 years old classical pianist with a Master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag. I have taught Piano (and also Music Education) since 2016, to both children and adults. Teaching allows me to bring my passion and enthusiasm for music to the students, and I also find it incredibly rewarding to guide and follow their musical and technical development!
