Dutch lessons (beginners)

I offer private Dutch lessons (conversation, grammar, text analysis, role plays) to students of all levels: from beginner to advanced, for support in the subject of primary, secondary and higher education, or for anyone who wishes to perfect their mastery of the language. I am available during the week and on weekends. Classes are normally given at my home, near Place Flagey.

I have a very personalized approach, and am a seasoned teacher with 20 years of experience. I study in English in Brussels, but am originally from Flanders. Dutch is my native language and I am very experienced in the English language as well. Therefore, I would love to help you with your Dutch or English classes. I would be able to help you with homework, help you study for a text, or simply go over the things that are hard to understand. I would not give my own classes, but if the student mentions that something is difficult, I would be more than happy to explain it again until they understand. The duration of the class would also be up to the student, if it needs to be longer some days that would be no problem at all!

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson.
