I specialise in tutoring history and politics for GCSE and A-Level students taking the Edexcel exams. My goal is to teach my students in a fun and exciting way, encouraging them to engage in the discipline and hopefully help them avoid feeling burnt out.

I am a high school teacher. I speak several languages. Arabic is my native language. I have worked with all levels. And I had training in teaching 👩‍🎓. I helped several foreigners master standard Arabic and the Tunisian dialect 🏆. I follow an official and recognized program to prepare lessons for each learner. I use conversations, text images, games, videos, stories to facilitate learning. I am patient, sociable, and I listen to my learners. In short, I help you to be able to speak, read, and write in Standard Arabic or Tunisian Arabic. 💐

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

I have over one year experience teaching Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese, and I come from an English major background, so I am familiar with language learning issues and challenges. I use both traditional materials, such as textbooks for Chinese language, as well as other audio materials, such as podcast and YouTube interviews, to help you understand better the current issues in China, and how to engage in a fluent conversation with a native Chinese speaker.

For the Portuguese course: we will see basic grammar, vocabulary and conjugation for the English course: we will see the same thing as for the Portuguese course (grammar, vocabulary and basic conjugation) and for the Japanese course: I would learn the basics that I studied at university

This course is intended for anyone who wishes to learn Tunisian dialect (Darija), whether it's for traveling, living in Tunisia, communicating with Tunisians, or simply out of linguistic and cultural curiosity. The Tunisian dialect is a living and rich language, different from classical Arabic. It incorporates influences from Berber, French, Italian, and Maltese. 👩‍🏫 I am Tunisian, I live in Tunisia, and I am fluent in French as well as other foreign languages, which allows me to guide you effectively, even if you don't speak Arabic at all. I adapt to the profile of each intern or student according to their objective and level. The goal is not to work endless hours, but to show how to be able to work alone or partially independently in a short time.
