French language as foreign language lessons at any level

French can be a difficult language to learn, especially if you are not surrounded by it all the time. However, a new language can be a useful for a CV, for University application, or even for your own cultural knowledge and experience. I can provide help with existing homework if you are already at school, and, I can be a source of practice (as practice makes progress!). I have studied at the French Lyceum Alexandre Dumas in Moscow and have been learning French since birth. I teach French and Russian to kids, students and adults. I have been teaching French/Russian since I was 14 years old. I helped my classmates pass their French and Russian exams by teaching them vocabulary and grammar. I have also helped them understand history, French and Russian literature, philosophy... I have also helped kids learn French/Russian from the beginning while concentrating on broadening their general knowledge. I have different approaches and techniques depending on my student. -If I teach French/Russian to a kid, the lesson usually lasts for an hour. We play games, watch short movies, sing songs and discuss his topics of interest. The lesson is highly interactive, and the child is highly involved in the process. -If I teach French/Russian to a student/adult, the lesson may last up to an hour and a half. Methods vary, depending on the level of proficiency in the language. We talk about different topics of interest and develop speaking and writing skills in a way that is interesting to the student. If interested, French/Russian literature is studied by authors such as Baudelaire/Tolstoy and Maupassant/Turgenev. We could also converse about French/Russian history, culture and the country's traditions.

Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible.
