Private Yoga Classes for Busy Professionals - Stress under Control
Having myself worked in high-stress environments, I know first-hand how stress can reduce the quality of life. Being also a medical doctor, I know all too well the long-term impact of stress on your mental and physical health. That is why I have created these classes. Chronic fatigue, difficulties sleeping, back pain, digestive issues, muscle tensions, irritability... I have been there too. If you experience any of the above, it is high time to push the reset button. Correctly done physical postures, along with breathing and relaxation techniques can make a huge difference. Do you worry that you are not flexible enough? Well, don't. The only requirement for my private yoga class is to be able to breathe. :) I have helped students with all kinds of physical conditions and I know how to adapt the practice to your needs. Are you still not sure? Just give it a try. Simply come for a 1-hour class to see if it makes sense to you. :) There is little to lose and possibly a whole new world to gain :)
