Yoga classes have inspired me to share my knowledge from the Eastern world, to connect to other one-to-one. Not only is a practice for the well-being but is also a therapy that many need to heal or recover from past situations. Each class is specified with different student's needs and modifications. My goal is to create a consistency of lessons that will be a challenge but far from overwhelming. Class level for yoga and meditation are for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
At times, my classes are combined with pranayama or breathing exercises that will improve the student's health and expand their knowledge about meditation and how to apply it in their current lives.
Creating crafts is an art that helps the student use their creativity and imagination to improve their concentration and patience. These classes are for beginners and others who want to try the art of crafting with different strings and materials.

I have graduated from Sivananda Yoga world institution, India. Right now its time for me to share my knowledge and teachings from this sacred land. For me is more about having a real connection to share my ability to help students find clarity within this practice.
Currently trying to expand my horizons to teach my passion.

Pre-vet medicine, current nursing path at CU denver, Yoga teacher certification RYT 200, finished GED high school diploma in Florida, completing credits to transfer to CU.

I am a certified 200-hour Yoga alliance teacher from world capital of yoga - Rishikesh. I am passionate about health and I am keen to share my advanced knowledge in this area with you. Yoga is a powerful tool to connect with oneself and one's environment. As a yoga practitioner, you'll do asanas, pranayama and meditation. I've designed this course as a practical guide to Yoga that's specifically made for beginners. You'll learn how to do Surya namaskar A & Surya namaskar B, preform various asanas, pranayama techniques and meditation to not only improve your posture and flexibility, but to explore the spiritual dimension of life. I am patient and caring. All the practices will be adapted to individual's capacity and comfort.
