Yoga is an excellent tool to work on our physical and mental health. Increasingly popular and known for its countless benefits, the practice of yoga can be an excellent option for those looking to relax, improve strength, balance or flexibility. My classes are for you if you are looking for: -Improve your physical condition: Through physical practice (asana) you will improve your balance and proprioception, your body awareness, your physical strength and of course your balance. -Improve your breathing capacity: Through different breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga increases our lung capacity, teaches us to breathe coherently, trains our diaphragmatic muscle and teaches us to breathe nasally. -Reduce chronic stress and anxiety levels: Through breathing techniques, meditation and self-knowledge, we can learn to better manage our emotions, thereby reducing stress and anxiety. Classes can be private or group and are taught in both English and Spanish. I offer in-person and online classes. Please check the price for group classes as they are different from private sessions.
