Photoshop is used differently for painting and drawing than for photography retouching. I will show you how to use all the tools of the program, but I will also teach you how to think about game art, concept art and illustration, whether it is for character design, creature design, environment design or prop design. I will also teach you all the fundamentals that are essential in the industry, such as anatomy, perspective, colour and light, and composition. After graduating from l'École Émile Cohl with a bachelor specialised in Game Art, I have had the chance of working with more than 15 different studios of video games, board games, trading card games and tabletop RPGs, creating concept art and illustrations for them. Now an Art Teacher, I use my experience and skills both as an artist and as a teacher to share with you all my knowledge of the subject and of the industry.

Photoshop is a powerful app for photographers. As a photographer, you’ll need to be able to sort through the many complex features that will help make photos better. I’ve designed this course as a practical guide to Photoshop that’s specifically made for learning photographers. This free and open-source software has seen its notoriety skyrocket in recent years, as it offers tools and results similar to what is done on standard and paid software such as 3d Studio Max or Maya, all in one interface. intuitive and ergonomic workflow. In this course, you will be able to learn: -The basics of 3D modeling and 3D in general -Materials (shaders) -The highlighting -Renderings -Post production Gradually, we will solidify these skills to learn how to create entire scenes, representing environments, objects, and buildings. Blender is one of the most popular and well-renowned 3D modelling software. To many it is scary and difficult to approach and starting is the hardest part! Learning how to use Blender is a vital skill if you are interested in Game Design, advertising, CGI and a plethora of other things. 3D is in almost every industry. In this class, I will teach you all the essentials you will need to know so you can: model, texture and animate within this software. I have 3 years of experience within Blender and I have a distinction in a Level 3 extended diploma in Games Development. In these classes, I will provide a document with all the important shortcuts that are vital.

This course is aimed at those wishing to improve or discover the disciplines of traditional and/or digital drawing. I have a bachelor's degree in computer graphics, animation and illustration since 2019. I teach drawing in general and the use of the Adobe suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop, the most popular digital drawing software). I am a multidisciplinary artist and designer with fifteen years of experience. I studied art and architecture at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and the Columbia University in New York. I teach painting, drawing, digital image and creativity. This class is ideal for beginners but also intermediate students who want to develop their own style. For my personal projects, I work in a wide range of mediums, from drawing, painting and printmaking to digital image and 3D Printing. When teaching, I prefer to first focus on free-hand drawing and painting as this allows for greater spontaneity regardless of the student's technical level. We later explore other methods based on the student's individual interests. I like to teach children and adults via mini projects involving art history references and help them develop narratives around their work.
