I’m Jayden a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, blending my passion for football and fitness to help clients achieve their best selves. My background as a competitive footballer taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of targeted training—skills I now bring to every client I work with.

As a former football player who has played for Kettering Fc , Barnet Fc and part of the West Ham academy setup , I understand what it takes to build strength, agility, and endurance. I’ve been where you are, working hard to overcome challenges, push through limits, and achieve peak performance. That experience shaped my approach to fitness—focused, relatable, and results-driven.
