Hello there. I am Erdem, I have been tutoring students on math and physics for the last 6 years. I studied Physics in Istanbul Bogazici Uni, Turkey. Currently I am doing a masters on Atmospheric Physics at the University of Cologne. 6 years ago, I started tutoring because it is a very fun job to do. I liked seeing students learn things that they had not been able to learn before. Seeing those 'aha' moments when it finally 'clicks' for them makes me want to continue this work forever. Sometimes students have a hard time understanding some concepts. The reason is typically the fact that they miss some vital information from the previous topics, and they don't know what they don't know. I think my most important job as a tutor is figuring out what they don't know, and help them fill the blanks in their knowledge. My name is Natalie and I am a Student at the University of Maastricht. I am from Scotland in the UK. My Father is Scottish and My Mother is English. So, obviously English is my mother tongue. I have extensive qualifications in English, including English literature and I have experience being a tutor. I am happy to work with all ages and all abilities. I can help with speaking and writing skills, from the basics of directions and order food to writing a full essay in correct British English.
