You already know a lot more about economics than you might imagine. Each day, you make economic decisions, such as choosing between two teachers at Apprentus. You also come to class with years of experience in Economic matters. If you are in the UK and are 14 years old and above, you might have worked part-time before and therefore supplied your labour. Supply of labour is an important concept that you might have heard of or learnt about. Do not worry if it is new to you - you may study it if you take this class. But as you may have realized, it is something related to work, so if you have worked before, you know it already. Given students' prior experiences, I teach through examples that draw on these experiences. These examples build bridges from the familiar to the unfamiliar. Through this approach to teaching, I became one of the sought-after Economics tutors in my previous schools, where I worked with students at Key Stages 4 and 5, fostering in them a love for Economics. I bring a well-rounded understanding of AQA AS/A level and GCSE Economics Specifications and familiarity with the following textbooks: 1. Powell, James., Powell, Ray., & Horner, David. (2023). AQA a-Level Economics (5th ed.). Hodder Education Group (AQA Approved) 2. McEachern, W. A. . (2006). Economics: a contemporary introduction (7th ed.). Thomson/South-Western. Though the course is designed to help learners studying AQA GCSE or A Level Economics, it is appropriate for learners studying other specifications such as ORC Economics and all lovers of the subjects.

I have more than 10 years of experience in teaching physics and maths in India. I have got masters degree in science and education respectively. I was an administrator and a teacher for In the school where I worked for more than 10 years. I have an experience of handling more than 500 students and a staff of 300 at the same time. So I would say 'i have very good skills in working under pressure and in fast placed environment '. As I am very friendly in nature my staff use to love to work with me and never mind to work extra time for me. Having positive approach towards things my students were very comfortable in studying with me. I use to encourage them to work hard and smart to get good grades. I have many technic in solving maths and physics problems that makes me different from other teachers. Students loved the way I delivered the lectures, they never get bored and never mind me taking some extra lectures too. Students get the clear idea to what I am teaching as I am very good on black board presentation. Not only this during pandemic my online lectures were appreciated too, I would say no student would like to miss my lectures. My style of teaching is to the point, pupils will get clear cut idea to what I explain, if not I give them the real life examples and make them imagine the world related to physics as well as maths. So I am very practical in teaching and they can understand all the theory as well. Talking about the curriculum I find much similarities between India and UK, so it won't be the subject to worry for me when it comes to teaching physics or maths here too.
