It is formed from the first conjugation of the verb by adding s/es/ies to the singular subject (he/she/it or any singular noun) But the plural subject such as (you/we/they/i or any plural noun) is the verb in the infinitive, i.e. without any additions. There are frequency conditions that determine how often you do an action: Always Often Sometimes Never .
