Instead of relying on memorising formulas, I teach students how to derive the formulas themselves, build upon their previous knowledge and use them to solve complex questions in a simple way, building their confidence in the process. To facilitate this, I use metaphors and every-day things to construct stories that help students remember concepts and relationships between them. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, preferences and learning style so I am able to accommodate specific requests. I go through how to answer questions, what examiners look for and how to rack up as many method marks as possible, i am an experienced tutor that has been tutoring for several years now, all my students have achieved better than expected grades

In my classes the students will be a part of an interactive session of solving time-sensitive short questions as a brainstorming exercise, proceeding with covering topics from the start of the syllabus, solving questions as we move on and understanding the difficult level that the student is easily able to pass. This will be followed by recognising the topics that the student is finding difficult and then explaining them through short lectures and diagrams, helping the student have a better grasp at the concepts. I will ensure constant feedback after each of my classes to understand the students problems and tailoring my lessons according to that. Moreover the students' progress will be monitored and tracked through short weekly assessments based on past paper questions allowing the student to be comfortable with the exam-style questions and avoid falling for the exam pressure. Recent graduate from a French engineering school, I am now a postgraduate student at Imperial College. I have always loved mathematics and I would like to share my love for the science with anyone who needs it. My goal is to make maths and physics simpler and funnier to study in order to help as many students as I can. I have already given mathematics classes in France and have developed a certain way of working. Usually, I first go over the lecture with the student, we read the principles and I take as much time is needed to answer any questions they might have. Then, we move on to exercises for the student to practice and apply what was learned in the lecture. The only key really in to go at your pace, there is no rush and the goal is for you to reach the understanding you desire.

The methods are too time consuming, boring and inefficient. I will teach students to perform as well as possible in GCSE exams as quickly and efficiently as possible, regardless of your ability. I will distil the content down into the most concise, simple format and combine this with exam techniques and revision strategies which ACTUALLY WORK to help you achieve similar results in any subject. The skills I will teach come from my own experience of achieving 14A*s at GCSE and 5A*s at A-level, even in subjects I was not good at. The skills I teach can be applied to any subject and will help you to learn faster and more efficiently. Anyone can achieve this regardless of current academic performance. I will mentor you continuously and meet once weekly to discuss new strategies, address concerns and ensure you perform as well as possible with minimum stress.

I am biomedical Science graduate from Plymouth University. I enjoy teaching and has had previous tutoring experience working with Einstein tutoring, providing one to one tutoring session. I am a A-level student studying both Maths and Further Maths who is passionate about mathematics and attending one of the best maths schools in the country (King's Maths School).
