You can choose one of the following three part as your learning content Chinese daily conversation: You will be introduced to the basics of the Chinese language, its structure, and its unique features, including the writing system, tones, and grammar. We will explore the evolution of written Chinese, from oracle bone script to modern Mandarin, and highlight its influence on East Asia and the world. Special attention will be paid to the complexity and beauty of Chinese characters, as well as the ways in which language reflects culture. Chinese Literature: This part of the course will provide an overview of China’s literary heritage, ranging from ancient poetry and classical novels to modern works. Key texts, such as the Book of Songs, Tao Te Ching, Journey to the West, and works by influential modern authors like Lu Xun, will be analyzed in terms of their historical context, thematic concerns, and artistic styles. Chinese Philosophy: We will examine the profound philosophical traditions that have emerged from China, including Confucianism, Daoism, Legalism, and Buddhism. What is the nature of consciousness? Is there a self? Is the mind identical to the brain? Can life have meaning in a physical universe? These are big questions that philosophy can help tackle. Together, we will talk about how to understand these questions more precisely, look at some answers, and learn how to approach both questions and answers using critical thinking tools. Who is this class for? Students who've never taken philosophy, adults who are interested in exploring big ideas, and scientists and entrepreneurs who'd like to learn how to think about these questions in a more rigorous way.

I mainly teach math lessons from middle school to high school. Before starting the lessons, I need to get in touch with the student to know their level, the areas where they want to improve and their objectives. Depending on the level, I adapt the work seen in class to the different points of improvement and suggest exercises consistent with what the student is stuck on. At the same time, I go over point by point the elements that were not for the student (in the Ds and the questions) I rework the exercises seen in class. Finally, and this is the most important, I advise the student on his working methods, with what state of mind to approach the exercises. I can also provide homework help in subjects other than mathematics: I got 17 in the HEC philosophy exams and I didn't get below 18 in subjects such as SES, Philosophy and history in the BAC. I recommend at least one math lesson per week in order to take stock of the week; it is regularity that allows progress. As a Tutor at EDHEC I already have experience of courses with high schools. I am a calm, composed and educational person. In terms of math, I got 18 in my math baccalaureate and then I went to a HEC preparatory class at Louis-Le-Grand in advanced math where I had more than 12 hours of math per week.
