I use the methods with which I learned, such as books like Suzuki, Czerni, etc., always adapted to the student's age and level. The student's musical preferences will also be taken into account for learning pieces or songs they enjoy. There will also be an emphasis on public performances, as this is one of the most challenging aspects for musicians. We will try to organize concerts or recitals in a family setting to practice this skill. Finally, motivation will be reinforced by preparing duets (two violins, violin and piano, violin and guitar, etc.), as this is one of the most effective methods for improving skill level.

Hello! I am offering lessons in classical viola and violin from beginners to more advanced students, also occasional lessons possible, perfect for for example competition or concert preparation. For beginners, we can focus on ergonomical instrument hold, basics of sheet music reading and short, easy pieces. My goal is to make playing exciting and help you find the joy as a beginner. For more advanced students we can focus on technical issues, musicality and interpretation. I have a broad experience as a concert violist, and I have taught beginners for private lessons, and given multiple masterclasses for more advanced students.

I have many years of experience with teaching, I do private lessons and I have worked as a teacher for "Tiziano Rossetti International Music Academy in Lugano" for several years. As a teacher my goal is to bring out the best version of my students, using their individual strenghts, which are different for each of them. As a pedagogue, after one month experience in a meditation retreat in Thailand, my approach involves not only focusing on the technical development of the instrument but also paying close attention to the physical and mental well-being of my students.
