I am a Vietnamese pianist and I would love to share nice music with you in a friendly environment. I have finished my Master's in piano specialization at the Royal Conservatory of Liège and piano accompaniment at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Giving concerts, making some recordings, working in both classical and contemporary music, and with more than 10 years of experience in teaching, I would be happy to share all my knowledge and enjoy the music together!

My name is Juliette, a young professional violinist who obtained my master's degree at the Brussels Conservatory in 2018 in the class of Shirly Laub. With my experience, I offer violin and music theory lessons. I have been teaching the violin for 10 years, while continuing my activity as a substitute at the National Orchestra of Belgium and at the Brussels Philharmonic. I adapt my lessons to each student, by offering courses focused on technique or more free, according to each person's expectations. My adaptability extends to all levels and all ages!

I study the horn at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and I offer music theory/musical training lessons for all ages from 7 years old, for levels ranging from beginner to first year of conservatory. I am now a psychology student at UGent, and I also play the cello.

During my training, I had the opportunity to study with famous teachers with whom I was able to discover different violin techniques and different pedagogical approaches, which allowed me to create my own methodology. If Italy gave me the passion of sharing and communication (a typical Italian characteristic), Belgium taught me to convey a message, an idea in a concrete way. My meeting with Mr Lawson also made me aware of the importance in the life of an artist to share his knowledge, and teaching is for me the best way to put this sharing into practice.

The course method, inspired by the Agostini school (French method used in French and Belgian academies and conservatories) is divided between technique and drums. At the rate of one session each we will focus once on technique and movements outside the drums (on pads) and the other time on the drums and the application of technique and movements. -> The technique lessons and the movements will be those of the so-called 'Moeller technique' that I learned through his direct lineage of student. -> The drum lessons are greatly inspired by the pedagogy of the M.A.I. (Music Academy International - Nancy (fr)) and in particular that of Richard-Paul Morellini, renowned instructor. The courses are complete, in-depth but above all specifically thought of to be progressive. They are suitable for children from 7 years old as well as adults of all ages. => Particular attention is paid to the movements and their correct application, to the total independence of the limbs and finally to an understanding of the rhythm and its theory. My main goal is to give the student complete control behind the drums and skills to be able to self-learn any piece in any musical style. 1 hour of weekly lessons are never enough, they should only be used to fuel the passion that will make you play at home more and more. On demand or for advancs students: - I am very passionate about the study of South American rhythms. Due to their complexity, apart from the samba and Baïon ostinatos, they are not included in the program before the advanced level. They can be at the request of the student. - I am also specialized in metal (musical style) and double pedal. The latter is not included in the program unless requested by the student. The double pedal courses are based on the methodology of Virgil Donati. At the beginning of the course, I will evaluate your level and give you recommendations of what we can work on. There are two main types of courses: - a hobbyist course: it won’t be time consuming. I will help you learn new pieces and a little theory and solfege. The primary goal of this course is to make you enjoy playing in your spare time without having to practice too much. - a professional course: in this course I will help you reach the level of a professional musician. I will give you an insight of how to prepare a piece or pieces for a competition or an audition. I will also teach a lot of theory and solfege so that you can prepare for a conservatory or a school of music.

Music is something very present in our lives and it is a great help to develop us as people and it is never too early or too late to learn it. I am a professional clarinetist with several years of experience teaching both children and adults. I also teach music theory or any kind of initiation to music I have sufficient piano knowledge to teach children and/or beginners As it is written in my profile, I love teaching and I really enjoy it, since it is a way to learn and share what I feel towards music.

I’m a professional violinist and composer, originally from Portugal. I lived in London for 12 years and I hold a Master of Music degree in Violin and Composition for Screen from the Royal College of Music, London. I provide Violin, Music Theory, and Composition lessons. I have been teaching for over 10 years, both privately and in schools. I have helped dozens of students achieve their goals in music, many of whom achieved Distinction in their music exams. I have an extensive orchestral experience and I write music for film and TV. I prepare students for ABRSM, Trinity or any other music conservatory exam in Violin and Music Theory. I can help students learn how to read music and to understand how music works, as opposed to a memory-based approach most music teachers follow. I encourage my students to be creative and to experiment composing their own pieces. Folklore from the south of the world – Music Lesson I am Chilean and I am fan and player of the music of the southern cone: Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Specifically I can help you learn tango, cueca, milonga, murga, boleros and tonadas. To a lesser extent I can help to learn Afro-Peruvian and bossa nova. The lessons I offer can include musical practice, rhythms, progressions and typical melodies, as well as the study of the history of the musical genres and the culture associated with them. If you want to nurture your career as a musician with other genres or if you are an amateur musician with an interest in music from the south of the world, these lessons are for you. If you are not a musician and simply want to approach the study of the culture, I can also provide books, articles and videos relating to it. I would love to contribute to the further dissemination of this folklore that I love so much.
