My name is Marie, I am 28 years old and I graduated from a Masters in cello at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. The cello is my passion, my profession, my life companion. I have been teaching for several years. I have at heart to transmit my interest for this instrument; this is why I continue to train within the conservatory. I spent a year in Denmark for a master's degree in education. An exciting year in a country where empathy is given a major role in teaching and where learning is based on the latest discoveries in neuroscience. I would like to evolve as a teacher by feeding on the pedagogies of the Nordic countries. Beginners, intermediates, advanced, I adapt to the age and needs of each. Playing a musical instrument requires a lot of concentration and involvement. I want to bring this taste for rigor, which is not opposed to fun or creativity, while respecting the rhythm of each student. I see the "classroom" as a laboratory: a place where we test, where we make mistakes, where we question ourselves ... because I think that it is the curiosity specific to each one that is the best progression tool. Graduated from the Lyon Conservatory in cello, musical training and with a double Master's degree in cello and double bass from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels I give lessons for all levels, all ages. You like Bach suites for solo cello, the music of Telemann, Chopin, tangos, etc. It is possible to learn music at any age and I would be happy to support you on your journey. You do not have an instrument, I will lend you one during the first lesson and can guide you in your search for an instrument afterwards. I teach at my home, at yours in Ixelles, Etterbeek, Saint-Gilles, Forest, Uccle, Watermael-Boitsfort and in Brussels. Possibility of giving lessons by Zoom or other. Hi ! I am Héloïse, a French cellist and singer who lives in The Netherlands since two years. I finished to study at HKU Utrecht Conservatorium in June and am now a professional musician and, among other a cello teacher at the Lindenberg Center in Nijmegen. After teaching music theory for two years in a french conservatory, I realized how much teaching is very important for me and helps me to grow as a musician.
