Dutch is my mother tongue, I am Dutch and I suggest you improve your level of Dutch by focusing on conversation - pronunciation - learning to express yourself well - convincing shyness to speak. With advanced students we discuss the news based on newspaper articles. I speak fluent French, English, and Italian. I am a lawyer by training with 30 years of experience in international business. The ultimate goal of my lessons: to love Dutch and prepare for your future!

Dutch is my mother tongue. At 20, I am a hyperpolyglot with a knowledge of 28 languages, 12 of which I speak with a level above B2. Dutch is my native language. I can teach in English, French and German. I am retired and very flexible with my time. The language is native and has the courage to speak English. I have English and Dutch owners. I also speak French and German. I am reserved and flexible with my time.

In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

Firstly, this lesson ensures that you as a student feel at ease! We will first get to know each other a little bit, and then you can tell me what you expect/want in a lesson, or what you specifically need. Step by step, I will ensure you, that you as a student, will learn the Dutch language. You will come to me for different reasons, for example for an integration exam, or because you live temporarily as an expat in the Netherlands and want to learn the language, others enjoy it as a hobby and others come to the Netherlands for love... There are so many reasons! My lessons are tailored to your wishes, you indicate what you want, and I will help you with it, which will make you feel more at ease. The most important thing for me is that we have fun while learning – that makes everything a lot more fun! In the lessons I am happy to help you with your questions about Dutch grammar and we can work together on your speaking, writing and/or listening skills. Do you have homework that you need help with? A qualified language coach with 24 years of experience offers intensive Dutch lessons in a small class or online. I give many Dutch NT2 lessons to expats and in preparation for an integration exam. Specialized in guiding for the State Exam I and II. Special exam coach. In January 2025 I will also start with groups again. We have a great classroom in the center of Rotterdam, near metro station Beurs, lessons with small homogeneous groups (little difference in level).
