Hello, I am Hyunshin, a Pianist from South Korea. I majored in Piano Performance and completed my Bachelor's degree in Korea and a Master's degree in Germany. And I completed my Postgraduate at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels. (More of my career can be found below.) — Those who are learning the piano for the first time, those who are children/teenagers and also adults/seniors, those who want to learn piano as a hobby. Or, those who want to major in piano or are preparing for the entrance exam, please feel free to contact me. Of course, I am also accepting inquiries for playing and accompaniment. In piano lessons, we use the book method of Notus or Hal Leonard. Everything is explained step by step and you gradually learn to read music and know the piano. At the start of our lessons we'll take a look at what is important to you. What goals do you want to set, and what feels achievable and comfortable? We set long-term goals of, for example, a year. Completely tailored to where you are at, right now. During the lessons I am patient, motivating, encouraging, and complimenting. I'll point out what could be better, and also pay attention to how you can play more easily. And much more. Tailored to your needs and wishes.

This class is for people who are passionate about the saxophone and are interested in learning how to play it or level up his/her current skills. Also this class will help you with improving your ear and melodical thinking. If you are a complete beginner and afraid of the fact that it won’t work - no stress, I give you a guarantee that you will play your first song after a 5th lesson! If you have some experience already and want to take a step further - I’m looking forward to guide you through the whole journey of new musical experiences. I’m having a personal approach to each of my students, so you can be sure the lessons are not going to be boring! I find it very inspiring when the student hears him/her making a difference every lesson.

Cello lessons for everyone, beginners to advanced students (e.g. Conservatory). I always strive to create a positive, confidence-building experience in every lesson, whether the student does it for fun or wants to set higher goals for themselves. I would like to offer my full dedication to you or your child, whether playing the instrument for the first time or in preparation for auditions, competitions, a career as a professional cellist and everything in between! Each lesson is tailored to the individual wishes and needs of the student, for which I can use a range of learning materials - which also includes many duets that we can play together as student and teacher! Graduated from the Paris Conservatory (diplôme supérieur d'exécution et diploma supérieur concertiste) with unanimity. Classical piano. Lessons of 1 hour per week. If I think the level is good enough, I may be able to program you to play in one of my professional concert series in the Netherlands. I was born in the Netherlands and currently live in Antwerp. At the moment I play about 50 concerts a year throughout Europe. I myself still follow classes with my teacher in Vienna, Paris or Barcelona. I myself am still preparing for major competitions, concerts and festivals. During my bachelor studies I also followed a minor in education. My teaching technique is very focused on achieving results as effectively as possible. My goal is to let the student enjoy his or her own game. We will bring out the best in you. With concrete exercises you will understand better and better how to study well at home. They are lessons you will remember for the rest of your life.

In my class, I teach piano in a way that allows you to make progress on your own. "Don't give a man a fish, instead teach him how to fish," is the idea here. My methods include, besides basics, approaches to expressing your own musicality, stable memorization, practice habits and efficiency, technical ease, focus exercises, body awareness, and stage fright. Hence, I am best suited for intermediate and advanced students that have the desire to either study piano on a collegiate level or make significant improvements for themselves. I would like to add at this point that I have a special affinity for the concert etudes by Frédéric Chopin. However, I am perfectly happy to start with students from the very beginning as well and regardless, I will adjust to my student's needs upon mutual agreement. My free times that I listed as available are a rough estimate, lesson times are normally negotiable.

French student who just moved to Antwerp, I've been giving lessons for years in France and it was such a pleasure, that I want to experience it here again. Specialized in Romanticism/Modern, I also improvise. I can teach the good habits as a pianist to never hurt yourself and to quickly develop a good technique and musicality: Position, gesture, and practice tools. I also love to link the pieces with images, paintings, and movies, to create a whole connected world of senses and art.

Hello! I'm Edoardo, a violin player from Italy who is here in Antwerp to attend a specialization course in orchestra. I graduated with full marks in Violin and Chamber Music at the Conservatoire of Parma, and I play in both youth and professional orchestras in and outside Italy.
