Szia! I've been teaching Hungarian for foreigners for five years now, having had students from all over the world, including Korea, France, Czechia, Ukraine and Russia. I enjoy the challenge of making people discover the beauty of this language by guiding them through grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. I can help you learn the basics to communicate with people, or guide you through a more thorough learning process so you can use Hungarian in your job and everyday life. My lessons are active and communicative with a friendly atmosphere. I can offer books and other material to help you make sense of this complex and interesting language. In the first lesson, I like to know your goal and your purpose why you want to learn Hungarian. Then we can agree on the learning methods. Everybody is different, therefore I always try to fit the lessons to your personal needs. I will share all of the studying materials with you, you don't need to buy anything. I prefer to focus on communications. Grammar is important, but if you can't communicate, your grammar knowledge is almost useless. During a lesson we talk a lot with my students, I explain the grammar, but usually, they practice it alone as homework. Obviously, if they have a problem, we practice together.

I used to be a German language Teacher in a secondary school, after school teaching I had private students. I have been teaching German and English as Foreign Language privately for a couple of years. I happily teach individuals and small groups from the beginning or just to refresh your existing language skills. Any level is welcome. Lessons can be held at your home or my home or even online. The entire lesson is tailormade to your language level, expectations and in order to make a progress.

Me as a Teacher I have many years of experience. I have always been a language teacher. I love teaching and meeting new students. During my career, I have met students of different nationalities from different cultures. I think that is amazing! :) I have lived in many countries in Europe so I know how important it is to speak foreign languages. My lessons & teaching style I have been teaching languages for 15 years and in the last 5 years I have been an online tutor. I think it is a fantastic way to help students and it is really convenient for students too avoiding commuting from and to the teacher I always pay close attention to that all materials, videos, podcasts , worksheets, articles and texts should be the most up- to- date. In the first lesson we always clarify the students' needs and goals with the language as well as assessing the individual levels. But since I am familiar with various layers of the language, we can also take a step forward and dive into more spicy topics such as etymology, descriptive grammar, poetry (you name it) if you are interested. In the past 13 years – since graduation – I have been working with a wide range of people form all over the world. I have been teaching not only the university students, help desk agents, but also middle and senior level managers join to our one-to-one and group sessions. Besides the general language courses the most popular sessions are specialized on HR and software development terminology. As one of the most employed Hungarian as a Foreign Language Teacher I got the opportunity to participate in 3 projects funded by the European Union and the Hungarian Ministry of Interior, in these 3 projects I gave over 2500 lessons for more than 300 language learners. When COVID-19 came, I started teaching only over Skype, and I just love it. I use Google doc. Google doc is like an interactive platform, what we can edit together at the same time, in the beginning of the class it is like a pure text book, in the end it is like your notebook with vocabulary and the solved tasks etc. I use Skype to speak on. I teach and help depending on the needs of the student. I help with school work, we practice the school curriculum. Or, I prepare my students for everyday life, for everyday English conversations. The point is to have confident their English.
