Im offering professional piano lessons for classical music, jazz for beginners, improvisation, popular music as well. I also teach composition and music theory. I studied all of the above at the University. The lessons are at my home in Neukolln, where I have an upright piano. Ask me if you have any additional questions ;)

Dear music lover, As an experienced and certified cellist / orchestra musician from Lisboa, Portugal, with several years of teaching, I accompany children, beginners, adults and advanced students into their musical dream and future. I adapt myself individually to the wishes and needs of my students. My focus is not only the technichs and motor skills of the instrumental playing, but always trying to convey musical relationships. The motivation and enthusiasm of my students always come on the first plan. I bring all my experience and knowledge to my lessons. In my teaching I also develop skills such as musical hearing and memory, coordination, concentration, rhythm, basics of music theory and improvisation. The lessons can take place at my place in Neuköln (friedelstr) or at yours (+ 10€ for go and back). Zoom/Skype lessons are also a possibility. Languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and little bit of German. Ps1: I have a second cello at my place so you don't need to carry your all the way on your back.

The hours are designed according to your musical interests. Since each person has his or her own individual approach to music, it is logical and, in my experience, more effective to work with this in a specific way. So, instead of a rigid curriculum in which you lose interest in a short time, I would like to support you in achieving your personal plans and discovering musical possibilities! Depending on your interests, motivation, previous knowledge and musical taste, the following focal points are coordinated: Technique (tone formation, breathing, approach, intonation, finger technique, etc.), ear training, sense of rhythm, improvisation, note reading, music theory. The focus is all about enjoying the music. Its naver late to learn.

My teaching consists in giving the students many opportunities to participate. I adapt the teaching method to the individual learning pace and the needs of my students. It is important to me that they can not only make progress, but also enjoy the music. I also value intuitive learning, support my students in developing their own musical ideas, and offer the necessary basics to realize them. I am at your side with words and deeds. I am interested in any kind of music - classical music, latin music, jazz, pop, etc. As with my music, I am open to everything with my students: everyone is welcome. Whether at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level - every student should have fun and enjoyment with the music, his instrument and his musical language.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

From reading note letters, implementing a proper form to sight reading a piece, we are gonna learn in our own pace. If you're just learning music now and it feels like there's a lot to understand, don't worry we're gonna start from the basics. I will help you understand music and its elements. Music is the basic essence of all emotions and expressions. By learning it, we can admire and understand its beauty and enormity. My objective is to share the knowledge in Carnatic music that I have gained over all these years with the same passion that I learned it with. My teaching techniques involve discussing theories, understanding ragam, talam, and its built, and appreciation of Carnatic, light and film music creations. I would teach and encourage my students to listen to the previously created music and discuss its intricacies. You can learn from the basics to the advanced level along with vocal exercises and breathing exercises required for the music practice. You can get trained to perform in open-stage concerts and competitions as well.

Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There are no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth. Welcome to my online Piano Class. I will happily help you achieve your musical goals, from the basic fundamentals of piano playing (reading music, positioning your hands on the keys) to building a wonderful sound and technique, allowing you to play anything you wish, from simple melodies to the renown classical piano repertoire of any era. The 30 mins lesson option is just for the new students, so we can meet, discuss, see what you need (level, scores, etc) and, of, course, start to play! I respect every student, I listen to any concerns and I am always happy and creative in helping everyone to get into music. My greatest happiness is to watch my students overcome any limit or freight and expand in full potential! On Sept 1st 2024 three of my awarded students were invited to perform at The DiMenna Classical Center of Music in Manhattan! I wish I can always bring such great opportunities and successes to all of my students!

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else.
