Self-confidence for Girls - Mental tools for managing stress, self doubt and sticky situations.

Developing confidence as a girl is difficult. This course teaches girls to replace unhelpful thinking patterns, fear of failure, and the tendency to hold back using mental tools they can use in any situation. This course girls learn what it means to be oneself, express that confidently, the ingredients for becoming confident, a little about their neurology and brain development, taking safe risks and how to navigate the unhelpful world of social media. Research shows that what makes a confident boy does not make a confident girl, the recipe is quite different.
The most pivotal time for a girl to learn how to develop confidence is between ages of 6-12 years of age, as after studies show that girls confidence levels drop dramatically and remain lower than boys and men until late in life. This is a practical, fun, engaging course that will help your nieces, daughters, students and friends embrace their amazing imperfect powerful young self. The course can also be tailored for individual goals and needs.

Livvy creates a safe, relaxed, fun and real environment during class that involves art, movement, drama, somatics, affirmations, reprogramming negative beliefs about oneself, and other coping strategies to equip your girl through her teen years and beyond. This course is based on incredible and groundbreaking research of Katy Kay & Claire Shipman “The Confidence Code”.

About Me

I want to help kids thrive. In my own family I had siblings who struggled emotionally, academically and socially. Observing this I made it my mission to find out how I could help other kids to avoid the stress and trauma and becoming happy, functioning and confident. So I choose the field of paediatric occupational therapy where I was introduced to play based learning, along with other theories of learning and education. I have worked with children of all ages and levels and recently began learning more tools to assist with processing emotional blocks to growth such as brain integration and PRT.
Most of all I love kids, I love how different they are and while I use my developed intuition to connect with them, I know that the child is the best teacher, that is to say I observe and learn from the child on the best way to help the, and supportive challenge them to take steps towards thriving. My interests are not just in children but also teens and in more recent years I have especially enjoyed helping adults to teach their potential.

✅ SCHOOL COACHING: PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN 12 AND 25 YEARS OLD TO BE BETTER SUCCESSFUL
• What is the role of a school coach? As a professional, support young people between 12 and 25 years old, in their personal and more particularly school career, when they want to make a change. • So, if the topics covered are orientation, motivation, self-confidence and working methods, it will be all about defining an objective and defining the steps to achieve it, based on tools and specific methods, a neutral and benevolent position and its very specific questions. • It is therefore a question of seeing more clearly, decoding and analyzing in order to manage what is blocking, to learn to go beyond one's limits independently, by relying on internal and external resources and by determining the steps to achieve this. his rhythm. • If the work of the coach with the parents consists in better accompanying them to understand and support their children in their generation, the work of the coach with the young person is different: By listening as well as the tools / suggestions proposed as well as the attention given to the emotions experienced, it is a question of reinforcing his motivation to get involved in his role, to develop the desired skills, in line with his professional project, through the recognition and valuation of his own talents. Thus, it is a question of acquiring and then deploying pragmatic tools and methods in order to: • Support young people with high potential and / or hypersensitivity • Know yourself better (values, desires, needs, motivations, talents, etc.) • Gain awareness and esteem • Pass exams • Better manage stress and emotions related to exams and gain self-confidence • Better manage your workload, projects, time and priorities • Prepare for exams, optimize your organization, find your creative levers • Improve your relationship with others, your communication, team spirit • Dare to assert oneself while respecting one's values • Build and realize your professional project • Overcome your difficulties, your potential and become aware of the opportunities that may be offered. • Integrate didactic learning skills and self-knowledge, in addition to skills and coaching tools • Support young people on different themes such as social integration, relationship with oneself and with others, the meaning of learning, organization, orientation choices, construction of a project Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 sessions*. ✅HOW TO MANAGE YOUR STRESS, YOUR ANXIETY, YOUR ANXIETY & YOUR EMOTIONS (BY A PSYCHOPRACTITION COACH PSYCHOANALYST)
Stress is, in biology, the set of reactions of an organism subjected to pressures or constraints of the environment. Anxiety is a mental and physical malaise, born from the feeling of the imminence of a danger, characterized by a diffuse fear which can go as far as panic. While anxiety is a one-time emotion & often occurs as a fit, whereas anxiety can be more chronic in nature. All three are not necessarily signs of weakness and without being a choice, they affect many people to varying intensities. Not ignoring your pain and being accompanied to find coping strategies is vital. These workshops offer you to learn to listen, tame, manage and control your emotions, stress, anxiety and anxiety. The objectives are clear, with always practical applications: - Discover your own emotional process to understand the role and impact of emotions - Analyze its operations and implement (concrete) strategies & clear techniques to channel them - Develop your emotional awareness to strengthen your balance / harmony / self-confidence as well as the best discovery & control of your own resources / skills / potential as well as new tools - Overcome your fears and blockages to be able to move forward and calmly - Reduce the psychological / psycho-somatic manifestations of his emotions - Optimize the emotional process thanks to the concept of emotional intelligence - Make your sensitivity & possible hypersensitivity a strength Indeed, the sensitive & hypersensitive represent a small part of the population and are able to perceive what others do not feel, which is hidden but try to conform to what is expected of them and of them. '' be able to live in community. After appropriate support, a hypersensitive can learn to tame their innate abilities What happens during a session ? After having defined together one or more global objectives based on your initial problem, each session takes place in two stages. 1) Browse, analyze & dissect together the reflections, thoughts and notes taken during the week and related to your emotions: actions taken based on the suggestions of the previous week; thoughts; feelings: what worked or not / corresponded or not to your expectations. It is also an opportunity to get to know you better in order to better define / define / identify and then solve together the challenges / emotional blockages of the moment. 2) Based on the conclusions of the first part, a proposal of two to three sub-issues of the day to be dealt with during the session (sub-issues built from your initial issue): to answer them, for each of them 'between them, a series of ten to fifteen pragmatic reflections / actions will be proposed to you. Three possible answers: - "I have already tried this solution but it does not suit me" or "I do not really believe it": we go to the next suggestion - “Never tried” or “why not”, “I'll think about it”: we set ourselves the goal of trying as soon as the opportunity arises, by the next session Concretely, a session = a reflection but above all A SESSION = SOLUTIONS / proposals / concrete suggestions to put into practice for the following session in order to overcome its blockages. According to the defined objective, it is a question of identifying & resolving the impact of emotions and their bad channeling not only on his communication but especially on his daily life. Psychology is a highly interesting subject that provides more life skills and advice than other subjects. I understand that with the subject, there’s a lot of content to revise and remember and therefore I’d love to make this easier to understand to allow students to reach their highest potential whilst enjoying the content taught.

Academic and Youth Mentoring, Offered For All Ages
Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm currently offering mentoring help to students. I studied Zoology at Swansea University and went on to work in an animal movement lab, teaching tagging technologies to Masters and PhD students. My next role was based in Singapore where I was a field biology teacher taking students aged 8 - 18 around different ecosystems teaching them environmental surveying techniques and ways to save our planet. When I returned to the UK I worked in an after school and holiday children's club encouraging the involvement of students in a number of activities. I then worked for a wildlife charity in Communications, Engagement and Training, boosting their online presence and reaching their ideology out to different demographics. My most recent role was as an Environmentalist and Duke of Edinburgh lead at a private school in Buckinghamshire. I am currently working towards a Masters in Sustainable Business at the University of York. All of this experience has allowed me to communicate well with students and show them how to get the best out of life. Sometimes they don't believe in their own ability, or don't currently possess the communication skills to achieve their potential. I am offering support to students to help them prepare for general academic life and study. Together we would look at workload, homework, revision skills, school or university applications and how to approach people in their day to day academic life. Life in school can sometimes be hard on a student, this is what we'd work together on to make sure they have the best experience possible. I am DBS checked, safeguarding and child protection aware, first aid trained and have voluntarily mentored and tutored students before. I have just come out of a role at a school therefore have a comprehensive understanding of teaching and pastoral care. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Teaching children until the age of 11 years old playfully Dutch
Teaching children is almost "an art" Not everyone is able to place him or herself in the mind of a child and that is just so important! I teach playfully and at the same time they learn without really realizing they are in a lesson! I do this with diverse lesson material such as pictures, video's, and we are also practicing songs together. Did I make you curious, come take a look and see if your child is liking my way of teaching! Greetings Carolina.
