There is an option to give lessons at home, online or if I am with the student I charge extra. If necessary, I will provide the teaching materials. Lessons in German, English or Spanish.

I have been teaching children and adults of all skill levels privately for over 10 years and have experience teaching at Boston University and the New England Conservatory. I serve as a substitute for the Musikschule Riehen and Musikschule Basel. I offer 30/45/60 minute lessons and I am happy to teach you in your home. My main area of expertise is classical music but I have experience as a Jazz teach and player. I did my piano studies in Chicago, Boston, and Basel. Especially in a private 1-1 setting, it is important that the lessons are molded to the individual student's needs and I look forward to discussing your interests with you!

In my career, my life is frozen, my Lust, my Motivation, and my Ratschläge, my life is erroneous. Even though the settings are individual and personal, the programs are different. Since I have been teaching violin and music, not a day has gone by without me saying to myself that motivation and pleasure are the greatest drivers of learning. This is why I always favor a relaxed and work-friendly atmosphere during my classes. Technique is of course of great importance to me. I teach musical initiation, music theory and the viola which I practiced in chamber music and of course the violin, my main instrument with which I perform in several orchestras and ensembles.

I offer lessons in Classical music theory at all levels - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Whether you're struggling with the basics, or want to take what you already know to the next level, I'll adapt our lessons to your needs and guide you through what you need to make it. Trained in Classical and Early music, and having studied performance in harpsichord, organ, piano, classical and electric guitar, I've also studied chamber music composition and electroacoustic composition. A passionate learner myself, I have recently graduated with a Masters from the Hochschule für Musik Basel in Specialized Performance (Improvisation). These diverse experiences are necessarily integrated into what I teach and how. In my theory classes we’ll look at the fundamentals of rhythm, pitch, solfège, intervals, key signatures, cadences, and other important groundwork whose rigorous study we can then apply to real-life examples of music, helping you acquire a sharper analytical ear. I offer piano and harpsichord lessons for all levels (from beginners to advanced) and all ages from 7 years old. Hello, I offer private Piano and Violin lessons, for all ages and all levels (beginners, intermediates or more advanced) in the region of Saint-Louis, Huningue, Village-Neuf, and Basel, from September 2023. I introduce myself: I am Clémence, a musician graduated from the Manchester Conservatory (Bachelor of Arts degree) and from the Basel Conservatory (Master of Performance). I also started music with the Piano, which I continued for 9 consecutive years before devoting myself entirely to the Violin. My method is to adapt to each of you, in response to your personal goals.
