I'm a mobile personal trainer with 10+ years experience, I bring the training sessions to you.
You would be surprised that even with few portable equipment - TRX, KO8, agility ladder etc.- how many things you can do in terms of exercises, and you can work the whole body. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or you want to prepare for a half marathon I can help you with that.
After a complementary consultation session I can give you my view and plan for your training routine and from there the decision is yours!

About Me

After graduating as a Sport Teacher in Hungary I moved to UK- London. There I worked for a Fitness company called Virgin Active for 9 years. After that I worked for a smaller private company called Louise Parker and became self employed Personal Trainer.
During the years I had a really wide variety of client base with very different goals. I had clients who wanted to prepare for a marathon, who wanted to lose weight and tone up and clients who needed with rehabilitation after a sports injury. I'm very approachable and open to with my clients. I expect the same from my clients, to tell me if something is not right but also give me feedback if something is going very well. Fun is a key element of my training sessions, I try to do everything to motivate You and to push You towards your goals. I like to teach people how to move correctly how to exercise correctly so I put a lot of emphasis on correct posture, technique and execution. I tailor the sessions to clients' skill and fitness level, and I only ask exercises to do what I'm sure the client could do it :)
