The Pasta Making lesson will consist of making the dough and then shaping it into different types of pasta. You can choose between egg dough or semolina dough (vegan), and we can decide together which filling, shape, natural colouring or condiment you may prefer. The one described above is my signature course, but I also offer customised courses and am happy to arrange cooking classes on a variety of dishes. The class can be online or I can come to your house with all of the necessary material.
