About Pierpa: Pierpaolo is a guitarist and composer born in 1995 from central Italy (Le Marche, Recanati). At the age of 12 he picked up a classical guitar for the first time (which he still owns) and since then he has not stopped playing, practicing and inventing with it. He currently lives in Barcelona (Spain) where he mainly teaches rock, jazz and flamenco. In fact, his studies range from jazz (he has 2 degrees in jazz guitar) to flamenco. In Barcelona Pierpaolo attends the ESMUC conservatory. Hi, I'm Emma, I'm a musician and guitar player from Paris based in Barcelona. After having studied 2 years at the Conservatorium Van Amsterdam in Jazz Guitar Bachelor, I transferred myself in Lisbon since June of 2024 to continue my studies in a Jazz Bachelor Program. I am also playing in different music projects going from contemporary Jazz, to pop, world music projects. I'm available to teach electric and acoustic guitar lessons for students with levels from beginners till intermediate level. I'm open to teach all types of music; Jazz, Pop, Rock, Indie music... I love all types of music, and the goal of my lessons is to adapt myself to the need and desire of every students. In my classes we will practice technique, improvisation, composition, repertoire and creativity, among others topics, all of this in a fun and chill atmosphere:)

Music has always brought me amazing opportunities to connect to inspiring people throughout my life. I personally love many different types of music from around the world but my favourite styles to play are Jazz/Soul and Latin music. I have been singing since I can remember and understood the importance of playing instruments from a very young age. I feel fortunate to have been able to work on my musical skills through leading and playing in many different bands, performing in bars and different events and recording with some pretty cool people. Personally, I think it helps to learn and practice songs that you like because it motivates and speeds up the learning process. I am happy to suggest some songs that would suit your style as we go. I'm very flexible when it comes to the lesson. I like to personalize them to your goals and needs, from which I create specific exercises for listening, rhythm, technique and music theory (which can seem unapproachable at first) I have seen my students grow through ups and downs through putting in time. Key is showing up to the lessons, from there you are already growing. I strongly believe music is a universal language that can be learned and enjoyed by everyone, as long as they put their mind to it.
