My name is Ana and I am a Spanish flutist living in Antwerp. I offer flute and music classes for any level and age live or online. I have already finished my flute bachelor in Zaragoza (Spain) and now I am studying the Master in the Royal Comservatory of Antwerp.

I teach bass guitar which is my main instrument of 12 years, to all ages. I have experience mainly teaching it to beginners and intermediates. The classes are structured to cover basics of bass playing in terms of both technique and theory. One may expect to have exercises as weekly assignments. These exercises are weekly put together by me using a variety of bass method books. The weight of music theory, harmony and ear training within what we cover can be rearranged according to the needs and expectations of the student.

These courses are for any age and any level. Total immersion in music. Classes are aimed at developing basic playing qualities, technique, and virtuosity. The main focus is on the improvement of creativity and imagination. Lessons include not only the practical part but also the basic theory of music. The theory of everything tends to be really scary and music theory can be too. I am very keen to make music theory easy for everyone. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages. Music theory needs to be more than a requirement, it needs to be the way to really appreciate the music you are playing.
