After completing my Bachelor's degree in violin at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, I did a year of Erasmus at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, in Germany. From September, I will start my Master at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. Discovering new ways of learning is very important to me. I like to seize opportunities and meet inspiring musicians during Masterclasses in Belgium and abroad. Perseverance and work, while respecting oneself, are for me the keys to long-term progress. Learning music with kindness is the most important thing for me. I adapt to the needs and desires of each student, so that the process is personalized and motivating. Being able to pass on my passion enriches me enormously and allows me to acquire new skills as a musician. I teach in French and English. I also have some German and I plan to learn Dutch this year.

My name is Jorgina, I am dedicated to nurture a genuine love for music to children through personalized piano lessons. I am Spanish Antwerp-based, I play violin and piano since the age of 6. I help young musicians build their skills and confidence by focusing on creativity, independence and a fun learning experience. My goal is to help each student fall in love with piano by adapting the lessons to their interests and needs ensuring an enjoyable first contact with the instrument. I teach bass guitar which is my main instrument of 12 years, to all ages. I have experience mainly teaching it to beginners and intermediates. The classes are structured to cover basics of bass playing in terms of both technique and theory. One may expect to have exercises as weekly assignments. These exercises are weekly put together by me using a variety of bass method books. The weight of music theory, harmony and ear training within what we cover can be rearranged according to the needs and expectations of the student.

Hello! I am Laura and I have a master's diploma in cello. One of my personal breakthroughs has been to build concentration through music, and I wonder if I can help you achieve the same through cello playing. Throughout my teaching experience, I have had both kids and adult beginners, cello as a second instrument, and already started teenagers who wanted to improve further their skills. In terms of my studies, this is my story: On the excitement of exploring music and cello, I've traveled and studied in various countries like the UK (one year and a half of my Bachelor's), the Netherlands (master in music), and France, where I currently receive lessons.

My teaching method is flexible, as I can give lessons for a specific purpose (passing an exam, passing a test...) as well as working with people who are just looking to learn an instrument as a hobby. I have experience teaching children from 6 years old up to adults. Depending on the age and the goal you want to achieve with the classes, the lessons can be between 30 and 90 minutes long. I not only give lessons based on my method, but I can also reinforce students who already have a teacher to help them to achieve the work that the teacher has imposed on them by adapting to their way of working.
