Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There are no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth. Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. The objectives take into consideration the following points: -Study of various playing techniques, chords, harmony, music of your choice, rhythm, with reading of tablature, teaching structured around the repertoire you like, technique of developing the musical ear - Discovery of the neck, notes and basic positions of open chords - Left / right hand coordination and rhythm exercises for the right hand - Learning of different pieces of your choice - Left hand control exercises, speed and precision - Learning arpeggios - Work around muscle memory - Learning improvisation, musical play with others - Ear training: use your ears to find chords, melodies, sounds and techniques used -Spend a pleasant moment of exchange, without unnecessary institutional pressure, while obtaining concrete results -Understand and discover the many facets of an exciting and user-friendly instrument - Benefit from personalized advice on your posture and certain pitfalls to avoid when starting alone -Adjust and clarify your self-taught knowledge - Learn tablatures / tabs & in English. Note : - Possibility to use the guitar available on site, during the test phase. - As our teacher is also a singing teacher, it is possible to combine the two disciplines: guitar + vocal instrument, and to work on synchronization, style and accuracy. - Possibility of offering this course (birthday, party, Christmas, event ...) to the person of your choice. Hi, I'm an active opera singer and I offer one-to-one online singing lessons to students of all ages and abilities. I have a Master of fine arts (Department of Vocal and Acting Studies) from Lodz Musical Accademy in Poland and I've performed professionally as an opera singer in Baltic Opera. In 2020 I got a special scholarship from prestigious Accademia D'Arte Lirica in Italy. Apart from opera experience, I was a leader of the alternative rock band for many years. Currently I continue my career in Italy singing in many opera theaters and teaching. As a vocal coach I specialize in multi-genre styles such as classical, musical, pop, rock and jazz. I put emphasis on the breathing techniques, enhancing body awareness, correct emission, musicality, interpretation, pure intonation and diction. I create original lesson plans that contour to my students individual needs. I provide a compassionate and creative learning environment in addition to a solid foundation in classical technique and musical fundamentals. My methods consist of warm-ups that help understand breath support and vocal placement to improve vocal awareness and stretch range. Psychology is a very important factor in my teaching method, because I believe that singing is also a great therapy. I teach children, teenagers, adults and senior (beginners to more advanced). My class consists of planning and organizing the study of guitar technique in order to guide the study of a classical or modern repertoire. At the same time, I am adding music theory applied to the guitar so that the student can carry out a synchronization process that allows them to feel freedom when playing the instrument. I use the technical resources of jazz or the modern guitar school and little by little I am introducing the knowledge of various composers to understand the evolution of said instrument.

Hey, I am a professional opera singer and a highly educated vocal teacher currently working as a soloist at the Opera of Cologne in Germany. I am a very dedicated and passionate singing teacher with almost 8 years of experience in the profession. I approach my students with great attention and care and together we achieve wonderful results! I hold a Master of Music in Opera degree with Distinction from the Dutch National Opera Academy in Amsterdam; a Master of Music with Distinction degree in Vocal Perfomance from the Royal College of Music in London; and a Bachelor of Music degree with Honours in Vocal Pedagogy from the Moscow University of the Humanities. I teach students of all ages and abilities, preparing them for vocal exams and auditions or simply helping them find and develop their voices for everyday life.
