About Me
I am Lola, trained in Somatic Coaching at the Embodiment Coach Institute in UK.I have trained extensively on the interrelationship of the body, emotion and thought, and how our nervous system expands in our body through the vagus nerve; so that our body is a true recipient of the environment, and of the information we receive.
This means that through your body, you can not only feel better, but you can dissolve, integrate and metabolize everything that is not understood mentally.
Working with the body is working with our nervous system to be in a better state of internal and external connection.
A Somatic Coach session generally follows this structure:
-We establish an objective for the session and observe how the body responds towards this objective, this proposal.

Tarot readings are focused on providing you with new perspectives on the issues that concern you through TAROT. They show you new doors through which new opportunities can pass and the way in which the main elements in your life are connecting and the impact that this produces.
From this joint analysis you will have new tools to create your life and flow with it. The classes on Tarot reading and interpretation are practical and experiential. I base myself on the method described by Alejandro Jodorowsky in which the TAROT is conceived as a mandala, interconnected.
My goal is that you, with my support, develop your vision and your ability to capture the symbols of the arcana and how they relate to each other. It is in the relationship of the symbols that we find the meaning of a reading. All the arcana are related to everything and what I will show you and you will discover is what this relationship is like and how each relationship has a different frequency and resonance. We will dedicate the first classes to familiarizing you with the tarot, understanding its structure and how the arcana relate to each other. How the ancient language of the tarot represents the energies with which we move daily, such as creative, intellectual, emotional and material energy through the arcana and how its archetypal language works. We will go as deep as you are willing.
We will carry out some experiential exercises with meditations so that you feel the archetypes of the arcana and understand why they carry these symbols and not others. Little by little in each class we will unravel the tarot in its parts, sharpening your vision, your intuition, until you feel that the arcana establish a relationship with you and you manage to know and feel the subtlety of its language. Then you will be ready to interpret simple readings and little by little others where several arcana come into motion at the same time.

I conduct TAROT courses both online and in person, where I have trained many people interested in the subject.
