The approach to this support in the words of the client The first objective was to channel efforts and establish priorities: to be able to distribute tasks according to their degree of priority and urgency. It was a lot of preparation work so as not to be caught off guard once on the ground. The results obtained expressed by the client 6 months after the coaching support As my coaching journey progressed, I implemented what we talked about during the sessions. I was thus able to achieve my goals and concretely witness my progress as a leader. I also observed how I gradually developed my abilities to manage a much larger volume of business.
