He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. She is very friendly and passionate teacher. She gave her lesson for my 10 yrs old daughter and she is shy and can't speak English at all.
