From my own experience as a practitioner and student of tai-chi for years in Fribourg and Bern, I have designed this course from the idea that, instead of learning tai-chi, one might be better served by learning how to teach oneself tai-chi. For me this means: - to become aware of one's body and to know how to "listen to it" - to discover one's strengths (often underestimated) - to overcome one's limitations (sometimes mental, often overestimated) - to develop self-confidence on the way to fulfillment. In this course, entirely focused on you, we will visit several essential movements, techniques and forms of the Tai chi and Qi Gong traditions (Qi Gong is a practice germane to Tai chi and that offers good preparatory exercises), at the pace that suits you best.
