Trusted teacher: Hi All, thank you for checking out my course. This class is open to students of all levels. Whether you are only starting to learn the wild-looking letters of the Cyrillic alphabet, or whether you are looking to practise your written and spoken Russian, I would be delighted to accompany you at any stage of your Russian-learning journey. For more advanced students, I would be happy to help you get to know one of the most defining aspects of the Russian language, namely its novels and poetry, which would be a great way to learn about the 'mysterious' Russian soul. I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigourous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work. You will get the benefit of a vast bank of techniques, methods and learning materials that I have developed and accumulated over the past year will be used in class to pique and maintain your interest. And since I was once a language student too, I would be able to share my personal tips and tricks with you to help you reach whatever goal you have set for yourself - be it being able to wow your friends and family by reciting a poem in the language of Dostoyevski, or impressing your future collegues with the thorough knowledge of Russian current affairs in their mother tongue!

Trusted teacher: -Learn how to breathe efficiently, ease vocal cord tension, and discover resonant, healthy, singing! -What are you trying to express? Coaching in communication, acting, clarity of ideas and how to convey them believably. -Musicality and singing in tune can be learned! It's not about "natural talent". -Language coaching: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Nordic languages. Lessons taught in English, Italian or French. - I am positive, enthusiastic and want to help you sound and feel your best. It's about process - helping you find your way to improve your confidence, musical skills, and enjoyment. ABOUT ME: Art Dip, Opera Dip, BMus (all Honours). I am Canadian, living and teaching from home in West London, online, or downtown. I taught voice at the University of Western Ontario and coached at Universities of Toronto, British Columbia and Montreal, and the Royal Conservatory of Music (Toronto), as well as at Tapestry New Opera, Soundstreams Canada and the Canadian Music Centre. Some of my students have gone on to perform at major opera houses, theatre festivals and professional choirs, while some have gained the confidence to sing a solo at their local church or community event. Some have completed their ABRSM or Trinity exams, or auditioned for conservatoire/university, which I help prepare them for. Seeing my students shine (both on stage and off) fills me with humble pride and fulfillment. We will strive to find the authentic version of your voice, which is important in ANY style of music we sing. You want to sound like YOU, right? This is how an audience connects with you, with music, and what you're trying to communicate. It's the secret behind successful singing and I know the way to get you there.

Alexander
I had 5 lessons with Alexander to improve on my coloring and editing skills. On the first lesson, after going through the basics of coloring Alexander proposed a schedule for the next lessons which we then changed according to my needs, preferences and experience. I really appreciated this because I could raise question on issues and ask for tips on the project I was working on my own. Even outside of the lessons he replied to the questions I had. In the last lesson I finished my project. Partly due to the way Alexander sees editing as an art form which motivated me to finish it. He also gave valuable tips on how to get into the editing/coloring industry as a freelancer. Really enjoyed the lessons and might request more in the future! Thanks!

Pooja
Hi My son had attended few weeks ( one / two sessions per week) keyboard classes with Pooja. I am revising my ratings after these sessions. I am so happy with the progress my son has made in keyboard in such a short notice. Pooja's dedicated approach & Notes/ homework after every class really helps the students. I would recommend her classes. Thanks Sajith

I had my first ever Russian lesson with Ilia and I enjoyed it so much! He's very patient and organised and showed up to the first class with excellent materials pre-prepared. He explains everything in a clear manner. I'm looking forward to our future classes. If you're a beginner don't be afraid to book a class with Ilia.
