Trusted teacher: Yoga is an amazing tool I discovered more than10 years ago. With the help of yoga you will be able to release tensions and emotions that you have been carrying around with you for years. Subsequently, you will make space for new things to unfold in your body and Life! Don’t watch the process happen on other people but start today. I will guide you with body, mind and spirit into this practice with a lot of asanas. Some women will discover they can leave the medical pill box aside for relieving period cramps for example. Many claim to have found a solution for their anxiety, insomnia or depression. A mindful practice comes from your own input. As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional. We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ? I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class. Are you ready for this journey ? (Beginner, intermediate or advanced welcome) Pilates, Barre and other classes available with me on demand. I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes. You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor. Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

Trusted teacher: The students I support are 200% supported, during and between our lessons. Parents can contact me at any time to take stock. It is about restoring confidence, empowering and instilling a taste for efficient work. The purpose of the first meeting is to get to know the student and determine his current level in mathematics, what are his strengths and weaknesses, and what are the objectives to be achieved. From the observation, I establish with the student and his parents an educational assessment (notions to be reviewed as a priority, working method, duration and frequency of lessons) aimed at best meeting the student's objectives. Our weekly meetings aim to unblock the student, show him the systematic nature of each question and help him understand why it is necessarily such a formula or such property that applies, and how to write it rigorously in control. We work directly on DST topics to familiarize ourselves, well in advance, with the questions and problems that lie ahead on D-Day. METHODOLOGY First of all I learn about the resources available to the student (lessons from his teacher, exercises, supervised homework, homework ...) in order to see with him what is causing him problems. Then for each problem encountered, I suggest that he try to find a solution with clues. If he still can't find it then I show him a solution and then I make him discover variants. At each stage of my demonstrations, I invite the student to ask me questions to make sure he understands. Then at the end of each session I suggest additional exercises. Indeed, at the end of each session, I give a few exercises of a level of difficulty similar to those covered during the course to allow the student to review the concepts seen together and to permanently assimilate his course. In case of difficulty, the student can send me an email or call me at any time so that I can help him from one session to another. So know that you are not "cut out" for math. Whatever your "predispositions", with good supervision you can succeed! Interested? No situation is hopeless. Contact me ! Mathematically, Houda

Trusted teacher: Originally from Luxembourg and holder of a baccalaureate section L (with honors), I subsequently obtained a master's degree from Columbia University in New York in 2017. After three years spent in London and two years in New York, I fluent in English. I also have a perfect command of French (mother tongue level). I have been giving private lessons in English and French since 2011 whether in New York, London, Luxembourg or Paris. In Paris, I was able to gain additional experience with the HeyProf, Conversation Studio and Speaking Agency training organizations. I have taught students of all ages (from 5 years old to 80 years old) and coming from very different fields (school, academic, professional, private). I also helped several students to pass the bac tests and the ironing tests. I also worked as an educational advisor with the Moonkeys organization, which offers educational workshops in English and French to children aged seven to fifteen. I set up a storytelling workshop around the principles of storytelling, script and character creation by integrating digital tools such as stop motion and video editing. I regularly correct essays and dissertations (license and master's level), articles (especially for scientific journals) as well as cover letters. Group or individual lessons are structured around oral and written expression and comprehension and aim at the same time as an initiation into English and French culture. In the past, I have been able to combine a multitude of teaching methods and tools (especially digital) that I have been able to discover through my posts in different English and French speaking countries. In this context, I knew how to put in place methodologies focused on the specific needs of each student that allowed them to take exams such as the TOEIC, IELTS, or TOEFL, as well as the end-of-year exams. secondary studies, competitions and exams. I prefer interactive, oral-based lessons which allow you to establish any lexical or grammatical gaps and correct them later. I am able to adapt to a wide variety of student profiles and to coordinate extremely flexible course flows. I accept all levels and I am very flexible in terms of schedule.

Larissa
I had the pleasure of working with Larissa as my personal Luxembourgish coach for one month leading up to my exam. Her dedication and professionalism were truly outstanding. Larissa helped me practice speaking extensively and also prepared me for the listening test, ensuring I was well-prepared and confident in all aspects. She held me accountable for every course, which greatly contributed to my progress. Larissa is a real professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their Luxembourgish skills.

Raef
Superb experience with Raef. I asked for his help to prepare a math assessment test with an enormous lack of basis but he accepted the challenge. I found out a nice teacher who is not afraid of explaining and repeating if necessary. I did enjoy his method with the whiteboard, it feels like you are in the same place and can interact on the same exercise. Either in English or french he will certainly be able to help you. He is super kind and flexible, I definitively recommend his services.
