It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Expressing yourself through art can help reduce depression, anxiety and sickness. I work with different art techniques, such as creative writing, drawing, painting or music. No foreknowledge or artistic skills are required to attend my art meditation sessions. Everyone can participate. what you will learn during my class is how to have connection with your emotions, how to not to be afraid of them. It's a really powerful meditation to realize where are your blockings are and how you can solve them. Because all the answers are inside of you. Online class is with different price list :)
