At a young age I started taking music lessons at the Art Academy. After a first year of solfège I got the itch to take percussion. I was immediately taken aback! Ke Boom Tsss! 😀 After completing primary and secondary education at the Art Academy, I took private drum lessons to specialize even more. Besides percussion, I also play guitar and piano. During this session I combine different techniques such as mindfulness or Theta Healing or healing with the arts. Theta Healing is a world renowned healing method that was created by Vianna Stibal during her own personal journey. This is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy - not specific to one religion but accepting them all. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Expressing yourself through art can help reduce depression, anxiety and sickness. I work with different art techniques, such as creative writing, drawing, painting or music. No foreknowledge or artistic skills are required to attend my art meditation sessions. Everyone can participate. what you will learn during my class is how to have connection with your emotions, how to not to be afraid of them. It's a really powerful meditation to realize where are your blockings are and how you can solve them. Because all the answers are inside of you. Online class is with different price list :)

Great lessons. Very motivated teacher, encouraging, and very patient :-), and he teaches the basis also, so we can really go pro. I love it and my son loves it, too (so happy he wants to learn to play drums, and that is for a big part, thanks to Stephan).
