I use concrete examples from everyday life: yes, creativity is possible in science, and often information can be rephrased in cool ways! In summary: I adapt to your level, needs, and preferences. And above all, we work at your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere! I work online with Zoom and messenger. The student does the exercises with me or follows the examples on the screen. I share a whiteboard. At the end of the course, I send the pdf of our work. About me: Eleven years of experience in teaching: Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and other scientific subjects (From 8th grade (Swiss), like 10 years old, (college/ gymnasium), to 1st-year university). I graduated from EPFL in Physics and did my Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Geneva. I have a career in research, and I love teaching. I seek to provide my students opportunities to discover how mathematics is present in the daily human life (to help the human being in achieving his basics needs) and in the nature. Everyone can develop their gifts and talents and my class provide the appropriated environment for that. I try to explain content about the theory and its applications, whenever possible, showing the relation between that content and human needs that lead to its historical development. I try to help the student to achieve success in solving problems related to the theories, assisting step by step the resolution by the student (to stimulate his/her prominence, autonomy, and self-confidence in problems solving), through questions and, when needed, giving further examples and explanations that can bring deeper understandings. In my class enter no criticism and no pressure, there is no place for fear of mistakes (the mistakes are part of the way we human beings learn), the atmosphere is happy and healthy, stimulating the student to be himself/herself and to feel free to learn, investigate and question with tranquility and happiness. My role as a teacher is to provide conditions and resources through which i can better help the students to develop themselves and their potential the most.

Trusted teacher: As part of a double-degree program with École Polytechnique in France, I completed a Master's degree at École Polytechnique Montréal in Electrical Engineering between 2016 and 2018. I am currently working as an engineer in the simulation of electrical networks. I have been teaching baccalaureate students in Montreal for two years. In total, I supervised 8 students, 5 of whom are at Polytechnique Montréal. I had to teach Calculus I (continuations, series, multivariate functions), Calculus II (Double Integrals, Triples), Algebra, Static, Resistance of Materials, Differential Calculus, Programming (C, Java, Python). During the five years in France, I also gave private lessons through organizations such as LaptiTude Prépas (with which I had to prepare a final class for the French baccalaureate) or Scolaridée, but also as self employed. My training is very complete in Mathematics, Physical and Industrial Sciences and Computer Science, I gave private lessons in these disciplines, to students whose level was from the 4th secondary to the bachelor's degree (bachelor in Montreal) I always set with the student the objectives that we want to achieve, then we establish a program of progression and follow-up in order to cover all the needs. This allowed us to obtain results that exceeded the preliminary objectives. I like to give private lessons in my free time because it is a very nice experience and a way to help people in difficulty.
