Philosophy is the underpinning of life, knowledge and civilisation itself. Its effects are found in every field and there is no element of life which is left unchallenged by one of its branches. Metaphysics tackles all that is, epistemology challenges how we may even speak of knowledge and logic stands behind all the marvels of our age. If you are an interested beginner, someone wishing to return to the discipline or even a current student then this course is for you. In this course we will tackle the basics of philosophy from Greece to France and to Germany. We will explore areas of metaphysics, logic, empiricism, rationalism and phenomenology. While such words may sound intimidating, within a short time they will loose their incomprehensible air. This course is taught by a seasoned and qualified tutor with half a decade of formal philosophical training alongside 2 years of in person philosophical teaching alongside another 2 years of philosophical tutoring. In addition you will be benefiting from an additional 4 years of teaching students of all levels from teenagers to young adults and beyond. This course also comes from a current philosopher currently publishing first class research in the field of phenomenology and the philosophy of love. This is a remote course taught from UK time zone. However, all time zones may be possible. The course has the possibility of being specialized for a specific need. If such is the case, the details will be arranged beforehand.

I studied at a bilingual institute (Spanish-English) and I have a family from London. I have experience in private classes with various ages and different subjects: Natural Sciences, History, Music, English, Language and Literature, spoken and written Spanish, Philosophy (both in English and Spanish). I am currently studying Law. The classes will be totally focused on each student and the difficulties/qualities they present, focusing on reinforcing what has been learned. I usually follow the index of each student's textbooks as reinforcement of what they learned in class or if they have questions. I always follow up at the beginning of each class to ensure that my student retains knowledge acquired in other classes. And at the end I leave space for doubts, questions, etc. I like to make classes interactive and depending on the level of each student, completely in English whenever possible. It doesn't matter what level you have, if we are starting from scratch or if you are preparing to take any level of English exam in an official school and need support. I adapt to different levels and needs and I always make my students notice a rapid improvement in the subjects they study with me. I will make you propose new challenges according to your level to always advance in each class establishing previous knowledge. I do not have the same methodology for each student because we all have different ways and processes to learn, that is why I do a free session at the beginning, so that we can get to know each other and you can tell me what you expect from me and what skills you want to develop.
