Trusted teacher: Hello there, ever since I was a teenager I have always admired musicians in small and gigantic stages alike, and have wondered how such marvelous magic could possibly be created from their fingertips. If you are reading this, then maybe you feel the same way towards the piano as I do! I can offer myself to explore with you, with my experiences coming from jazz piano playing, how it works on the piano: basic playing skills, chords and how to voice them, playing solo lines, harmonic knowledge to write your own song, learning to read a lead sheet with only melody and chords, and so many more. Here are some of the goals that you and I can work together to make it happen: 1) Learn to play your favorite tunes on piano or electric piano 2) Learn to accompany yourself while you are singing 3) Learn to play in a band setting 4) Learn to write and play your own songs 5) Learn the keyboard skills for your home production gears (i.e. MIDI keyboard controllers) 6) Learn to improvise on the piano Now, a little bit about myself; the moment I decided that I should try for music came much later compared to my colleagues. I started very late, and thus had to come up with methods of teaching myself fast and efficiently. And I believe that my own experiences coming from the struggles I've had could be of help to you, to understand the task at the hand better and to come up with plans on how to handle them. Still, at the end of the day, progress by itself would be not our ultimate goal; it would be to have fun sitting in front of the piano! If you are interested, hit me up!

Sebastiano - Groningen£29
Trusted teacher: Hello fellow musician! Have you ever dreamed of becoming a saxophone player? Wheter you are trying to become a jazz improviser, or you have just started familiarizing with the instrument, I can teach you how to: - be able to produce a beutiful sound; - use music theory as a practical way to play correctly over changes; - maximize the outcome of your practice-time; - master the technique on your horn. As a student, I often found myself struggling with resolving a particular set of problems. I was constantly confronted with higher-levelled players, wondering whether I would ever become able to express myself as they did through their music. Having been studying jazz for many years, I experimented with a lot of different learning methods, only to find out that music improvisation is something that is mainly acquired in very personal, differentiated ways. One of the most interesting things I experienced as an educator, when encountering students who shared my own past insecurities, doubts, questions, and struggles, was getting to understand a part of the person in front of me; and to find new ways to help grasp and internalize a theoretical or technical concept that could then enable them to formulate a more coherent musical idea. Even if every student is a unique individual, thus responding to different educational methods, I think that, over time, I was able to identify a red line around which I could create a method that can be beneficial to the majority of aspirational players. For the past few years, I have been giving private instrument lessons to jazz players with varied backgrounds and experience. My educative career consists of a traditional classical, MA in classical saxophone (Conservatorio G. B. Martini, Bologna), a BA in jazz saxophone (ibid.), and a BA in jazz saxophone called New York Jazz Bachelor at the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen, where I am now attending a Jazz Master program.

Online (worldwide) Offline (Groningen) Bass and innovations, visual content, defi, web3, crypto, NFTs. My experience is connected with several companies (MU Interactive, Simple Frame, Lightcraft, and ModulorVR as I did video editing / mapping, VFX, SFX, 2d / 3d animations, motion graphics). For ModulorVR I worked completely remotely as well. I mainly work with After Effects (with Polish companies clients like MediaMarkt, Mediatech, ING etc), I studied Final Cut and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere too) with my advertising school. Now I use Blender, Cinema 4d, p5.js or Processing too. According to Gallup's teamwork testing, my top 3 talents are: 1. Strategy 2. Input 3. Empathy. I also gained a lot of experience with other industries, I worked with small or large teams, now I also study Dutch, I improve my communication by working with people offline. Doing volunteer work for FITC (Future Innovation Technology Creativity), I personally met Beeple or Pak there. So naturally I got excited about NFTs, crypto or defi and now I'm even more obsessed with podcasts again. Before meeting Beeple or GMunk, I also listened to podcasts with them. And I studied art history to prepare for the future. I made my first movies when I was a teenager, my visual workflows started with compilations about football... And that's how I made my first money (when I was 15 years old) with our international collective for SportsMaxTV. (completely remote) With Polish visual companies I worked as a video editor / video mapper or motion designer, and now I live in the Netherlands, so I become more communicative and sporty. Always learning is really important to me. I am not afraid of new things, innovations and to work smarter or harder. Sincerely, FR (Philip)

Piano lessons - music theory and harmony - for any level (Budapest)
Giorgia
I started my lessons with Giorgia four months ago, and I am so glad to have found her. As a 26-year-old beginner, I was not sure if I should even try to pursue learning an instrument at this point. But now I am so glad I did! I am learning online, and I was a little unsure of how lessons via webcam would go. Despite my prejudice, everything turned out great, even though my setup is quite basic. Her approach to teaching is very creative. She is able to explain things that seem hard to put into words, and she always finds comparisons and descriptions that convey clearly little details of approach that make a lot of difference in the end result. For any difficulty I encountered, she presented methods of exercise that helped correct it. Another thing that I appreciate is that from one lesson to the next, the volume of work is challenging enough that I feel I am making progress, but not to the point that I am overwhelmed. Also, even though I am just beginning and the pieces are not that complex, she explains the musical interpretation in a way that not only helps me advance my skill but also enriches the way I understand and listen to music, and I find great value in that. Her manner of teaching is very organic, and she is a patient teacher with a warm presence. I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons!

Fast progress piano lessons with the effective Russian method (Athens)
Maria
After 4-5 months of learning piano with Maria, I owe her big gratitude. I decided to learn piano as an adult and Maria helped me to overcome my insecurities in music and motivated me to keep trying and practicing. She truly cares about the whole learning experience and uses amazing methods to guide me not only in improving my playing skills, but also my musicality. The piano classes with Maria are always inspiring and challenging, but not overwhelming. In each class, she corrects the techniques and accommodates exercises for practice accordingly. I am really satisfied with her dedication and feedback. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. In her teaching, she uses the right dose of professionalism, friendliness, patience, and understanding. Her enthusiasm for the music is so contagious. Her lovely and passionate nature and energetic vibes simply make the class an enjoyable learning experience. I cannot wait for the next piano class with Maria. :)

Guitar lessons in Groningen! You have the opportunity to learn about music and how to play the guitar, with a professional guitarist and teacher (Groningen)
David
David is a brilliant and enthusiastic guitarist. His passion for the instrument and his skill make him a truly excellent teacher, helping the student to assimilate the correct technique for the classical guitar. During the lesson he also gives information on music theory, which is very useful in the study of pieces and he left me scores of pieces to study for the next lesson, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his lessons, I have regained enthusiasm for playing this instrument and been motivated to study it more and more. I really recommend him!
