Trusted teacher: Are you interested in : -learning piano or singing? -improving your piano level? -learning music theory? -practicing your pieces with an experienced pianist (correpetition)? I am the person for YOU !! My name is Bianca and I am 24 years old. Having grown up with music from my very first steps, I began learning the piano at the age of 4. My long piano studies, beginning with the Suzuki method (adapted for young children) and ending with a Master's degree at the Conservatoire Supérieur National de Musique et de Danse de Paris, have forged a solid piano technique and school, enabling me to help all types of students, beginners and professionals alike! My studies at the Schola Cantorum de Paris and the CRR de Saint-Maur led to five years at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where I obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree under the direction of Claire Désert, enabling me to experiment with different schools of piano technique, in particular the Russian method. The many masterclasses I attended with internationally renowned teachers such as Tatiana Zelikman, Lilya Zilberstein and Ruben Dalibaltayan enriched my musical knowledge, which I'd now like to share with you! My passion for opera singing was born around the age of ten and has only grown with age, leading me to start my Bachelor's degree in opera singing at the Musik-Akademie Basel in 2021 in Marcel Boone's class. The invaluable advice I received from renowned teachers such as Margreet Honig, Elene Golgevit and Snezana Stamenkovic inspired me to share my enriching knowledge of vocal technique from the Bel Canto school. My aim is to build a healthy vocal technique so that your voice is free and brilliant. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information.

Trusted teacher: If there is something that defines me, it is that I love what I do. I consider myself a nice, punctual, patient person and I empathize with my students. Each one has a different situation and I think they are very necessary values in any teacher. I have taught piano and musical language classes in schools with different methodologies in the Valencian Community, Murcia and Andalusia. I currently reside in the town of Vera (Almería). I always try to make the classes entertaining and productive. In younger children, different combinations of activities and dynamism help them move faster and maintain attention. I consider it essential to connect with my students; know their tastes, hobbies, musical qualities and the reasons for wanting to immerse themselves in the world of music. Music is a language and, just like the mother tongue, it must be learned through PRACTICE. For this reason, we will combine the interpretation and musical technique of the piano with the learning of theory, but ALWAYS in an ACTIVE way. Without a doubt, what will make our path through music with the piano FREE of LIMITATIONS will be the acquisition of a good TECHNIQUE; correct body position, fingering, study habits, etc. It's very important! I like to go beyond what is written, investigate the work we are playing, see and analyze the interpretations that can be given to the different passages... The goal is to learn to ENJOY everything that is interpreted. Any age is good to start playing the piano!! Enthusiasm is what is most needed.

Trusted teacher: If you’re looking for a tutor to help you to learn a new skill/ rediscover playing the violin, or to help students to stay on track while we’re all at home, do get in touch! If you feel good, you play better! I like to approach each student individually, because we are all physically and mentally built differently. We all should leave a violin lesson feeling great! My teachers Mr. Ngai Ho Chau and Mr. Jeffrey Sit Pak Hong, have been my greatest influence when it comes to teaching. I like to approach each student individually, because we are all physically and mentally built differently. Most importantly, we all should leave a violin lesson feeling great! I have a 100% pass rate and my current sudents achieve a merit and distinction in the ABRSM performance grades1-8! A little about me: Born and raised in Hong Kong, my musical journey began at the age of five when I first picked up the violin. With the support of dedicated instructors, I built a strong foundation in technical precision and musical sensitivity, setting the stage for my future achievements. At the age of eight, I had the privilege of studying under Mr. Ngai Ho-Chau, the former concertmaster of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. His mentorship not only refined my skills but also instilled in me a profound appreciation for musical expression and the value of diligent practice. Driven by a desire to reach new heights, I earned my LTCL Diploma with Distinction from Trinity London College at eighteen, a milestone reflecting countless hours of dedication. This achievement motivated me to further deepen my understanding of the instrument. Seeking new perspectives, I pursued advanced studies under the renowned violin maestro Mr. Hwang Wei-Ming at Taiwan SooChow University. There, I immersed myself in the art of violin technique, interpretation, and performance, gaining invaluable experience collaborating with talented musicians. Over the years, I received scholarships to study violin at Taiwan SooChow University and California Baptist University. These opportunities enriched my musical experiences and allowed me to perform in solo, chamber, and orchestral settings. My journey includes performances with ensembles such as the Hong Kong Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, Hong Kong Pro-Arte Orchestra, Taiwan SooChow University Orchestra, and Taiwan Rong-Shing Chamber Orchestra, among others. These experiences continue to inform my approach to teaching, allowing me to provide my students with practical insights and real-world performance techniques. Previously, I taught GCSE Music at Hollingworth Academy and provided violin instruction at The Hathershaw College and Radclyffe School, where I developed a holistic and student-centered teaching approach tailored to each learner's unique needs and goals. Currently, I am dedicated to teaching SEND students at The Peak School, where I strive to create a supportive and calming environment. I often incorporate live violin performances to help my students relax and connect with music on a deeper level. Additionally, I work with private violin students, including young musicians from Manchester High School for Girls and Withington Girls’ School, as well as those preparing for music scholarship auditions at prestigious institutions like London Westminster School. Recently, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Manchester-based artist Emma for her exhibition, Monton in Bloom. This opportunity allowed me to share my music in a creative and inspiring setting.

Francesco
Francesco is a very skilled and cool teacher. He takes your from your current level and plans out a personalised program for you to improve. His way of using analogies to explain complex terms and make you understand difficult theoretical concepts in a much simpler way is truly impressive. After two months of lessons with Francesco i definitely feel my level of playing has improved a lot. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to take their playing to the next level.
