I have over 20 years of experience in vocal performance and am currently a dedicated learner of Indian classical vocal music and Esraj. I have also had the opportunity to perform in India, gaining valuable experience and deepening my connection to the art. Singing is my passion, and I am committed to supporting those who share the same dedication and love for music. Born and raised in Japan, I was introduced to music at an early age and have spent years exploring various vocal techniques and musical traditions. While my foundation is in contemporary and traditional styles, my journey led me to Indian classical music, where I continue to refine my skills under esteemed mentors. This pursuit has allowed me to immerse myself in a rich and intricate musical tradition, enhancing both my vocal technique and artistic expression. Alongside performance, I am passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. Whether you want to deepen your understanding of vocal music, explore Indian classical techniques, or sing in Japanese, I am here to support your journey. If you have a song you’d like to sing in Japanese, I can help you with pronunciation, phrasing, and emotional expression. £50Music Composition Lessons by Certified Teacher with 15 years of Experience
Since 2014, I am teaching students who are living in different parts of the world via Zoom/Skype/Meet – in English, French, Farsi and Turkish languages, and it is working very well. Do you: – have limited access to good teachers where you live? – have a busy schedule or travel frequency? – want to ensure a strong foundation with a highly qualified, experienced and resourceful teacher? – want a more professional help and advice than you can currently receive from private local teachers? All you need to have is an internet connection, a guitar, webcam, headphone/ speaker and a microphone. The exercises and pieces that you need to work on will be sent to you via email or other ways that you might prefer. On the other hand, you can send me a recording of you playing the pieces and exercises before the beginning of our Zoom/Skype/Meet session or play live on Zoom/Skype/Meet. Then we will be able to discuss the ways that you can improve technically and musically, and find the best ways that work for you. I teach Classical, Flamenco and Acoustic Guitars, and I am open to all kind of musical styles. I have a Licentiate Diploma in Teaching Classical Guitar from the University of West London (UWL’s highest teaching qualification). I am a passionate teacher, and enjoy working with a wide age range (currently from 5 to 60) and a variety of levels (from beginner to advanced). I don’t believe in “one size fits all” methods, so my lessons are tailor-made to help students with different backgrounds, goals, and interests improve faster. Importantly, I use graded curriculum with students. This method helps the students to learn the instrument in a systematic way. This way, they can benefit from a faster learning pace and enjoy the sense of progress, and ultimately, become better musicians. Moreover, if you are preparing for international examination board assessments such as London College of Music (LCM) , Trinity College (TCL), ABRSM, etc, an audition, or a recital, I would be able to help you succeed. Other than Guitar lessons, I teach Music Theory, Music Analysis, and Music Composition. Importantly, I use graded curriculum with students.
