Biology is that concrete base on which our very existence relies upon. The study of biology is associated with the structure, function, and evolution of living organisms. But in this modern era, this impeccable field has diversified into multiple branches each focusing on specific areas. The prominence of these areas has risen immensely owing to the research work carried out extensively. Armed with the fuelling advancements in technology, we have obtained the answers to some of the most peculiar questions pertaining to Biology that have been lingering on our minds since time unknown. But no matter how many queries may be answered, there will always be an even deeper question, thus creating a never-ending loop. I have a bachelor's degree in Genetic engineering and currently, an ongoing master's degree in Molecular microbiology, with the experience of one year of research lab work in a government project where I was guiding interns for this project as well as for their internships with my own research project. I've experience in teaching primary and secondary school children with maths and biology as well as language literature studies as well as I have got an interest in teaching History papers as well. I was working as an Associate analyst back in India where I experienced both biology and IT work and side by I was working on my own biotech/biology research work in which I've four worldwide publications in the biological department. I’ve experience in writing scientific research papers or professional papers and preparing PPTs and different project worksheets I am very friendly with children and love to be around them and joyfully teach them so that they can enjoy their studies mostly I prefer to interact in a question-answer section where they can enjoy the interaction as well as it will help them to be prepared for the required examinations. For example, the quê card fun game has questions and answers from the subject. For a professional company based I’ve been trained for scientific research writing as well as I’ve studied molecular biology extensively and bioinformatics with Bio python and R programming. In 2021 during the second wave, I’ve been worked as a COVID-19 PCR analyst as well.

Trusted teacher: I am Pragya! I graduated in Biochemistry (Honours) from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. I further went on to pursue my master’s degree in Medical Biochemistry from Jamia Hamdard, Delhi. I am currently pursuing Doctorate in Biological Sciences from Queen’s University, Belfast, United Kingdom. During all these years I realised that the classes I appreciated most were not necessarily the topics I was most interested in, rather it were the professors who made the classes enjoyable and interesting. All these professors had one thing in common, they were always engaging and comprehensible when teaching and moreover were willing to go an extra mile when asked for additional help and clarification. I will carry the same approach and knowledge to my tutoring sessions and do everything to make learning a pleasant experience. I use lesson plans in which I usually introduce the topic in a fun and creative way, then explicitly teaching the material. The biggest strategy I strictly adhere in my sessions is “Revise the old; learn the new”. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and student’s individual needs. I currently demonstrate on module for biomedical science and in total have eight years of tutoring experience. I want to benefit the students I work with best of my capabilities therefore, I am open to any additional resources and suggestions from both students and parents.
