Trusted teacher: My goal is to help you excel in IB Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics, both at SL and HL! As an IB graduate myself, I understand first-hand not only the subject curricula and requirements, but the entire IB experience both in the good days and the hard days. I remember all the dreams I had as a teenager, and how I pushed myself day by day to get a score that would make those dreams come true. A few years later, here I am as a Computer Science graduate from the University of Luxembourg, and I am ready and happy to support now your learning path and your own dreams. For nearly two years, I've been tutoring students at international schools here in Luxembourg. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of the IB but also introduced me to other curricula like the European Baccalaureate and the GCSE. The IB approach is known for being extremely challenging on more than the academic level, so sometimes we might need to try a few creative strategies and tricks that I used — like memorising trigonometric values by drawing funny images on your hands, reciting verses about sad turtles, or using colorful pens to sketch images that help you remember ideas. These might seem a bit unusual, but they've proven to work wonders! I’m available for tutoring both online and in-person, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your studies without adding stress. I also can help you plan your IA and work through your ideas to come up with a winner project!

Trusted teacher: After tutoring for over 6 years in the Amsterdam area, I am very familiar with the various school curriculums. Having moved around quite a bit, I understand the stress students undergo adapting to new schooling systems. I enjoy working privately with students to build their confidence. I previously was a primary school teacher of all subjects (Grades 1&2) for a private international school in Dubai. I am familiar with international school curriculum and challenges faced by students when moving to a new country. I have extensive experience with students of all learning levels. I have been privately tutoring for over 10 years now. English is my first language (I am American). I also have experience tutoring at a higher age (as well as university level). I am an excellent writer, editor, and researcher and work part time in UVA's graduate school in the sociology department. I completed my MSc at UVA and undergraduate at UCLA. Currently, the majority of my students are primary school students who attend the British school or ISA. However, I teach a large number of international school students or older students. I also tutor many students, of various ages, in the Dutch schooling system. I am very comfortable with international school curriculums, however, I also have a good grasp on the Dutch schooling system. While I teach students of various ages and backgrounds, I would consider myself a specialist in primary school students whose second language is English. Please feel free to message me and find out more! **All rates include KVK sales tax **Additional fee charged for students over 20 minutes by bike

Trusted teacher: I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from a top US college. I had a perfect score on my college entrance (SAT) math exam. I received a 4-year scholarship and graduated with honors and a 3.95/4 GPA in the math major. I really enjoyed making math easy and fun for people. Therefore, ever since I was still a middle school student, I started helping others with their math. However, when I was in college, I officially started tutoring math as a job. I enjoyed tutoring math so much that after college I have continued to tutor math as my career. I really enjoy helping students overcome their fears in their math subject and make big progress! It will be my pleasure to help you too! I noticed a lot of students think math is hard and does not make sense. This happens because they learn math in a wrong way. However, don't worry. I will teach you the really way to learn math. You will find math is very easy, very understandable and fun! I have tutored math to US students since 2018. I am an experienced, passionate, and very dedicated math tutor. I enjoy seeing students making big progress and feeling confident about math. One of my calculus students improved his grade from D to B! At first, he almost failed at his first year college calculus class and now he is a math major and going to graduate with his math degree soon! I wish I can make math become a joy in your life instead of a burden. I tutor online to students all around the world. My time zone is US eastern time zone right now. So in order to set up a time according to your time zone, please let me know your availability when you book me. Look forward to seeing you!

Alessandra
We had our first session a few days ago, with Alessandra tutoring my 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter, developing their reading and writing in English and their mathematics. Alessandra's previous experience as a teacher certainly shines through, as she definitely seems to know how children of this age learn. She provided original and exciting activities for the kids and they found it great fun; they are looking forward to seeing her again next week. Alessandra was professional to work with and I can definitely recommend her.

Adel
I found Adel after earlier attempts to get a good instructor to help my nephew prepare for his baccalaureate and I am so happy I did. He worked very closely with my nephew, guiding him and explaining to him what he should do all the way to the very end. I strongly recommend Adel and will not hesitate to request his services again if a need arises. Adel, thank you so much for your patience and dedication. Much appreciated.
