Eric communicated with us well and was punctual for the first session. He listened to our wishes & concerns regarding our boys language learning. Eric delivered his lesson with confidence and was able to explain easily enough for our boys to understand. Our 2 boys really enjoyed the lesson and are keen to continue learning with Eric. There was good communication with Armend and he arrived promptly for the first lesson. He had planned an activity which was appropriate for our boys German level. He was patient and explained aspects of the lesson clearly. The boys were comfortable and were pleased with the lesson. We were all impressed with this first lesson. We recommend him.
