Hello! My name is Gizem and I've graduated from Turku University of Applied Sciences as a Music Pedagogue/Violin and Viola Teacher in 2024. Currently I'm studying Viola in Sibelius Academy. I am a professional violinist and chamber musician with a concert diploma in music. I am currently studying at the Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) and have already completed my master's degree in chamber music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW) and my concert diploma at the Trossingen University of Music. I have many years of experience with teaching, I do private lessons and I have worked as a teacher for "Tiziano Rossetti International Music Academy in Lugano" for several years. As a teacher my goal is to bring out the best version of my students, using their individual strenghts, which are different for each of them. It's a pleasure for me to teach to anybody who wants even just to discover the art of playing the violin. As a pedagogue, after one month experience in a meditation retreat in Thailand, my approach involves not only focusing on the technical development of the instrument but also paying close attention to the physical and mental well-being of my students.
