The priority of the class is conversation as a means of teaching. The classes are taught in lessons per module, a total of four, where the students will interact in the development of the classroom, seeking learning in the interdisciplinary context. In module one and two, the aim is to reach the basic level through everyday conversations that are essential for learning the first words and phrases, enriching the knowledge of grammar. Arriving at modules three and four, the student will feel more confident when speaking, writing, reading and listening to the language through the topics raised.

I am a Spanish native teacher, with extensive experience teaching Spanish to foreign students at from primary and secondary levels and higher education. I have taught American and UK students over the last seven years, whilst pursuing my studies in Spain and in the United Kingdom. I was recently awarded my PhD, through which I learnt methodological aspects of teaching different types of public from different backgrounds. My classes are dynamic and centred on the student's progress, carrying out different interactive activities, role-playing and exercises that will make the student increase his/her confidence with the use of Spanish, whilst learning grammar and vocabulary. I usually give the students the opportunity to send me writings that I correct at home, and I recommend listening activities that will help the student to improve his/her understanding of the language during lessons. My complete proficiency of the English language makes it easier for the student to ask specific questions or to understand how some expressions work in Spanish, having my English explanation at hand (in order to make them fully understand the most difficult aspect of Spanish).
