Trusted teacher: Experienced teacher and chalk in hand, offers coaching (online or at home) taking into account the learner's level and adopting the most appropriate method for adequate monitoring. Online, the sessions will be recorded and the video will be available for the listener (for their revisions). If you are a student in an exam class, you will find, through various media, the resources to upgrade your skills and approach the tests with more confidence, and the certainty of a positive result. The difficulties linked to analysis (grammatical and logical), the methodology of exam tests (dissertation, summary, commentary), the understanding of texts, genres and literary trends will no longer be a secret or a pitfall to success. If you are preparing for a competition, more in-depth training to achieve the required performance will be offered. Beginner or advanced Latinists, you will be able to master the subtleties of Latin morphology, syntax and conjugation. You will be able to read and understand texts, acquire vocabulary, and know the history of Roman civilization. For you non-Latinists wishing to acquire knowledge of Latin for various uses, this course will allow you to have a good introduction to this classical language. You will now be able to read, understand simple to complex structures, access texts independently to increase your general knowledge or carry out your activities according to the needs or requirements of your activity. For English-speaking or Arabic-speaking adults who need to study the French language, this course will allow them to communicate in French to be independent in daily exchanges.

Trusted teacher: Certified teacher of Classics, with eight years of teaching experience in college, I am passionate about ancient cultures. I spent my childhood reading books on mythology and watching documentaries on Rome or Ancient Greece, Egypt, the Vikings, the Mayas, the Incas or the Aztecs. I taught five years in rural college in Brittany then in the Hauts de France then three years in REP+ in Saint-Denis de La Réunion. I also gave private lessons in French literature to students wishing to refresh their skills or prepare for exams. Every year, I took on the same challenge: Introduce a new cohort of students to Latin, motivate and inspire them with a new approach to Latin based on the observation of their environment where Latin is present everywhere, the pedagogy of project, the teaching of Latin as a living language, games, theater and the creation of plastic works. Passion but also rigor, kindness, adaptability and creativity are the main qualities that appeal to my teaching and which have meant that so many students have taken my Latin courses and never with regret! I offer beginner to intermediate level Latin lessons. These courses are ideal for children but will also delight the big children that we still are sometimes. Here are some examples of activities practiced in innovative teaching: Creation of games on the origin of Latin languages, decoding of films or books based on mythology, introduction to Latin thanks to the spells of Harry Potter, workshops for the translation of Latin proverbs or quotations, creation of sketches in Latin. In general, I offer an à la carte course, according to your tastes and your expectations. Teaching is done online using Zoom. We get to know each other during a first lesson so that I can understand your needs and desires but also your personality, then I offer you a structured, progressive and personalized program that is both rigorous and attractive in order to help you discover or progress in Latin. Don't hesitate, get started! Vale!
