👂 My motto for teaching music: Learn with your ear, before understanding it with your brain. Music can be explained entirely from a theoretical point of view 🤯. But I'm convinced that the best approach is to feel and sing the music 🎤💖, before understanding and interpreting it theoretically. I teach music theory intuitively 💫. More than just a way of reading sheet music, I can show you how to deconstruct a piece of music in any genre, how to interpret chords, and how to improvise simply and effectively. ♯♭♮ About me: • playing the piano for >30 years 🎹 • studied classical music & jazz for 13 years in music schools 🧑🏻‍🏫 • played in a variety of bands, including classical music, jazz, blues, latin music, rock, pop, cabaret, flamenco and electronic music • languages: 🇬🇧🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇵🇹

Through time I have found out that starting by playing songs chosen by the student and creating exercises to practice that came out from the drums of that song is a very good way to learn how to play the instrument. Also keeps things interesting, since music is always the focus. I can help to choose the songs, but the student is always who decides which songs to play. This way, lessons become 100% personalized! I have +10 years of experience as a teacher, and I'm an active musician in the Berlin modern jazz, creative music and improvised music scenes. Obtained my bachelor's degree in the Manuel de Falla Music Conservatory in Buenos Aires (ARG) and the European Jazz Master degree at NTNU Trondheim, RMC Copenhagen and JIB Berlin.

My approach to teaching is very pragmatic, time-efficient, and fun and I prefer not to overwhelm students with too much information or technical exercises.
